I wouldn’t either, it has never been a secret that he loves the track -
Seems like a few riders are quitting Sweden as Woffinden says the same in his book.

I can’t see Nicholls coming back, he has had the last two seasons here and it’s clear our track doesn’t particularly suit him. -

Indeed, let’s hope we get the right decision in November. -
It was entertaining if only for the way the match swung one way and then the other but as others have said the racing was awful, their was very little passing other than mistakes. The track was tricky that much was obvious but the deciding factor was half the Poole team wasn’t interested in trying and in the end the Ipswich team wanted it more. A lot of people were saying it’s a big crowd but it certainly didn’t appear to be very big from the tv shots around the stadium.

I think Andersen on something less than a 6.00 average would be a chance worth taking. -
Reacting to other posters I have started another thread for Peterborough 2020, and I can add this title won’t change.

Fingers crossed

Spot on -
To be fair I think their is good argument for a minimum of 5 to be applied for all new foreign riders.

Why is that harsh i said the racing was good because generally Somerset is a good racing track but facilities for big events need numerous toilets, fast food establishments and good seated accommodation with roofs. -

Racing was good but the facilities for supporters are dreadful for a track that’s been around for quite a while now. -
Kings Lynn v Poole. Prem 19/9/19
bigcatdiary replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
He was rubbish last time he rode, they would have been better off keeping Simon Lambert. -
And how many of the team you and Ged had proudly assembled had actually signed a Peterborough 2019 contract by mid January.
-
I should think they are waiting for the play off draws to be finalised so teams will then know what dates are available or free to stage the outstanding fixtures.

Poole vs Kings Lynn 12/09/19
bigcatdiary replied to LisaColette's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Nothing about Lambert’s absence in the meeting preview and apart from saying he was absent, nothing in the match report either as to why he was missing, the fact that Lynn used a junior at no 1 says it was clearly an absence for which they were unwilling to use a proper facility which of course would mean Lambert would then collect a ban. The fact the club fails to fully explain it is one of the main reasons why the sport finds itself in such a mess and one of the main reasons it struggles to attract any real media coverage and a younger audience. -
It’s not the fact that Bjerre was missing that bothered me it was the fact it took them until around 9.00am today to inform the fans he was injured. He was listed to ride in the pre match review even commenting on the fact they had a full side for once. Personally I think it’s unforgivable in this day and age with social media available to everyone at a moments notice.
