  1. The bloke seems to have gone backwards, he has ridden some decent scores at Peterborough in the past.
  2. I can only agree, this was clearly the way to go forward and as per usual it was fudged.
  3. Got it in one, I went once not long after it opened and that was enough, the track is awful, shame really because the stadium looked tidy. No excuse for dust, that’s just down to proper watering although very hot afternoon meetings are always a problem to keep on top of.
  4. Panthers complete their Championship Shield group matches tomorrow looking for a win which will see them apparently qualify for the semi finals as the best runner up. Panthers go into the fixture with a full team whilst Ipswich are missing the unavailable Michael Haertal with no facility being granted. Teams Peterborough - Scott Nicholls, Ellis Perks, Bradley Wilson Dean, Michael Palm Toft, Ulrich Ostergaard, Simon Lambert & Tom Bacon. Ipswich - Rory Schlein, Cameron Heeps, Nico Covatti, Georgie Wood, Danny King, Connor Mountain & Danyon Hume.
  5. It’s all about Showground availability, it’s nothing new. Our best race day is Sunday at 5.00pm, that’s well accepted and we get our best crowds at that time. So far this year we have also scheduled fixtures on Fridays, Saturdays and Tuesdays, ask yourself why is that.
  6. Interesting comments from Lance King and Gino Manzares in the star this week, it’s clear not every rider or camp was happy.
  7. Peterborough face Glasgow in their second match in three days with what looks like another close encounter at Alwalton which starts at 5.00pm. Panthers hand a debut to new signing Ellis Perks and it will also be the first match for Bradley Wilson Dean this year. Teams Peterborough - Scott Nicholls, Ellis Perks, Bradley Wilson Dean, Michael Palm Toft, Ulrich Ostergaard, Simon Lambert, Tom Bacon. Glasgow - Richie Worrall, Lewis Kerr, Claus Vissing, Paul Starke, Chris Harris, Jack Thomas, James Sarjeant.
  8. I watched a few minutes but got bored with same questions to everyone, probably not a good idea to interview someone near bikes warming up either but keep at it.
  9. Hardly, Camptons done at least two meetings since then. Dont confuse Team Declarations with Team GSA, although the BSPA Office are making a good attempt.
  10. Personally if he would ride for us I would have him tomorrow, he certainly isn’t getting many rides for Torun this year.
  11. I agree with most comments regarding assets/registration and it’s well past it’s sell by, this system has been very good to Ford both with loan fees, favours from clubs who want his riders and has played a big part in his success, the whole story smacks of envy because despite this advantage his team are not doing very well this year and are the opposite end of the league table to where he wants to be. It’s a real shame non of his better assets want to ride for him and it’s a given that he should have kept Andersen, a fact I am told he acknowledges now. Maybe Matt is losing his touch, not looking too good for the play offs this year but still a long way to go.
  12. Not sure I agree with you, I think it depends on the type of event, this is a pairs event so should be suited accordingly.
  13. Why oh why have they made it so complicated, scoring 4 3 2 it would all be decided over 21 heats, any ties Involving the top 3 to be sorted by when they met each other in the heats.
  14. What you mean like Newcastle’s Robert Lambert for example.
  15. Because this year the BSPA use the most recent average, hence a converted Prem average.
  16. Of course that’s assuming that everyone buying the two day tickets actually attend both days.
  17. As others have said LINDGREN is quick to dish it out but not quite so understanding when it’s him that gets shafted. I thought it was dangerous and this sort of riding needs addressing with an exclusion, I agree that a rider shouldn’t need to fall and stop the race to get the referee to make a decision. Pedersen dropped it in his race although the Janowski incident wasn’t so clear cut. Racing wise apart from the last few races it was gate and go, Prague is a lovely city and well worth a visit but the track is dire and the racing pretty non existent.
  18. I can think of a few riders who play the submarine reaction but Harris isn’t one of them
  19. I saw updates and the comments but did the referee actually state that Harris was excluded for diving, who was the referee
  20. I think the expression “gating tart” was invented based on Klindt, although he isn’t the only rider by a long way that can’t even pass wind on occasion.
