Rye fans love him because he's a trier. Never knows when he's beat and a real character. One we all wanted to see back.

George is well thought of at Rye and is almost part of the family, but he's not even Championship ready, let alone Premiership. I doubt the promotion would carefully put together a good side then spoil it with a rookie. Bowtell is more likely, but I think we could do better.

Would help massively as far as getting there is concerned. The M5 is murder on Fridays. Away supporters better leave yourselves plenty of time. We tend to make a day of it. Visit the nearby cider farms and a couple of hours by the beach at Weston or Burnham. Cheddar Gorge isn't far away either, about 10-12 miles

If you're going on owners I reckon Rye House are pretty much up there. Doesn't mean they're gonna throw money at it like confetti. I'm pretty indifferent about Poole, I'm still getting to grips with moving up a league and haven't followed the old EL and the politics behind it. Poole are the bench mark for other teams to aspire to in my opinion.

I'm clueless with the old EL rules. Can a number 1 take an injury replacement ride if say the fifth averaged rider withdraws injured? That doesn't seem fair
