If you mean the Premiership, well not in its current form with too many variables coming into play, as it is is the number of clubs is not really good enough ie too many matches against the same club. Next season may see some changes ....Swindon may re join the League, Peterborough’s future is uncertain , will Oxford move up, plus the shortage of riders. Big changes are needed for both leagues but will.there be enough drive from the BSPL to go the extra mile.... Add in the state of the economy putting strain on promoters , riders and fans .....well see.

Basically saying they were running at a loss of £4/£5 k a meeting, losses for Leicester meeting were £7000.00. certain riders were wanting £80/£90 a point plus signing on fee, a van , living expenses, mechanics paid for, flights and accommodation . Average crowds were 380 , 251 people for the Leicester meeting. £5000.00 damage from a storm. Guests wanting extortionate fees, guarantees or won’t ride.

I,m going but I think ideally the GP2 should have been on Friday the GP Saturday but the track will may not have taken it , it’s a bit like having the a semi final after the final. Anyway I,m sure I’ll enjoy both meetings.

The future for the sport if it has one, stadiums built far from housing and not used for greyhound racing, Stock cars , rugby/football.

Agree Charlie but as for who won its rather a moot point, there was some good racing between the delays but the whole episode did no favours to the sport whatever the rights and wrongs .
