Well the Panthers were well and truly put to the sword today, the Aces were all on fire , just shows what a change in rider can do for the team having said that it was only a matter of time before even without Zagar the Aces would come good. Some good racing despite the score line Peterborough did have some bad luck with mechanical break downs for Harris and Scotty blowing two engines! I was convinced that Ostrich had got second place over Wrighty in heat 3 and i was sat on the start finish line? Heat 15 was just wow , Brady Kurtz win over MPT though a gap that was not there!! The vibe at the after meeting conference was a lot different compared to the last home meeting but Zagar will get a fine for swearing.

Enjoyed last night some good racing, the commentators did well, a really close call with Dan Bewley and Anders Thomson on the line , thought Dan had just got it but very tight!

Though I would start this one off as I believe the last meeting didnt even get a mention? So Mr M Zagar gets to pull on an Aces body colour and boost the Manchester sides hope for silverware this season after much discussion on the BSF. Coming down for this one , my fourth visit this year, should be a good one . Big thanks to the driver !

I hope Zagar does return to belle vue but why not get approval from the BSPL first then announce his return ?

Great heat 13 race with Harris and cookie , good weather decent crowd and some great racing.

It was tongue in cheek, not wanting to be picky but some simple information helps with the headings, the recent Belle vue v Wolves on bank holiday Monday at 12 o'clock mid day League cup on the 18th May didn't even get a mention. Thanks.

Probably one of Nigel's final pieces of work in yesterdays Belle vue programme, in the piece Nigel wrote how we must provide better all round entertainment at meetings to encourage a younger audience , get the kids involved with centre green activities , play better music and getting the kids involved in a young supporters club. A moment of silence was held and rousing applause with Nigel's race commentary in the back round.

Average age of fans at Belle vue must be quite high , as with many tracks I would think.
