15 minutes by what though? Foot? Running or walking? Car? At what time of day? HS2? Plane?
Seems a funny measurement to use, why not use the internationally recognised unit of measurement of distance? Saying 15 minutes to me suggests it could be up to 15 miles away... would it still then be Wolverhampton?
That's the question isn't it. Somebody earlier posted the number of tests that had been done this season and it wasn't many, meaning that the number of failed tests in percentage terms was alarmingly high! If you've only done a handful of tests throughout the season and 30 odd percent of them have come back positive nobody really knows if there is a problem or not.
As there is zero incentive to win the league other than saying you've won the league and the only perceived benefit of winning the league for a rider is extra meetings, then you're probably on to something
