So why does it cost Sky so much more money if there is a rain off.? Say it costs Sky £20,000 to put a meeting on each Monday . How does it cost them more is the meeting is called off. Surely it would cost them less money if the match is called off early. as it will save them traveling costs. Sky do not get any more or less income if the meeting is on or off.

There is a slight difference Ullevi had a long tradition where World Finals have been staged there since 1964. Goteberg has a population of 1000,000 more than Cardiff and has staged more world finals than anywhere except Wembley. So sad that the gate must be about 5,000 and probably Speedway will never ever be staged here again

The meeting was not a good advert for British Speedway because the tapes were flapping up and down before nearly every race. If that had been sorted out it would have been a lot better. Why do they have just two independent tapes

It certainly will as they have lost money in the last four years yet it is my favourite GP. One of the problems with Goteberg is it is not a Speedway city now and they are quite a long way from another speedway club.. The gates have gone down quite alarmingly over the last four years from 18000 in 2009 to half that last year.. I don't think the Swedes ever forgive them when the had to abandon the Gp after a couple of heats as the track was like a ploughed field

You are not smart enough to work out that if two teams are racing each other and the bookmakers are asking plus starts to both teams you have got great betting odds . It's much better for you to slag me off than be able to work anything out for yourself. Ditto Skeletor. It's to do with maths more than betting.

If you look round the bookmakers you will find the they are both giving plus starts on both teams on tonights matchups. What a great betting chance of making money. If the clown Orion had another brain cell he would know what a great way of winning money tonight.live meeting is. Instead he will come back and just slag me off

I will certainly not put my system up on here as everybody will be doing it and that would not help me at all because it would kill the odds and handicap. Pathetic.I am restricted with Speedway bets from Unibet, Expekt, BetClic (who would not even take a bet of £50 at 4/5) Betwin who closed my account so I opened another one in my sons name but I am restricted to under £50. . This is an honest reply. I only take notice of the teams odds and handicaps. I have had a £200 bet on tonight's speedway . I know this might seem crazy but who is riding does not bother me. My system on Speedway I have always won with over a season. In fact my bet tonight is not on Peterborough v Belle Vue which does just fall into my system. Tonight's bet for me t in on the Polish Speedway match between Torun and Tarnov. I do not even know who is riding for either club .

Yes Mick the Muppet will come on now. I have never suggested not backing one team to beat another. I suggest you go back and read my posts properly. If you read what say my issue is backing riders to score so many points but not know how many rides they are going to have . It's like backing a horse in a handicap but not knowing what weight it will be carrying. Would anybody do that except you know who from Swindon

Surely with both teams not having their number one's available would it not be better for both teams to bring their number eight's into the team. To the outside world they will never accept a guest rider for each team ,good that they may be. . This makes speedway on the same level as Professional Wrestling.. Plus it would save both teams a fair bit of money and give a couple of youngsters more experience I know what John Berry would have said

As I have said on this forum many, many times betting on individual scores is just a minefield as are head to heads. You have to be mad or stupid to back a rider to score so many points if you do not know how many rides they are going to take. How many times did Leigh Adams win his first four races for Swindon and not come out in heat 15..So beware and do not back head to heads or how many points a rider will score unless you know how many rides they will have as in a Grand Prix.

Anyone with vouchers on Kings Lynn to win the league should threw then away as they will just be cluttering up space. If Lakeside had a full team with Davey Watt they would have hit 60 points. The crowd looked very very poor. like Kings Lynn

Betting on tonight's match up of Lakeside v Kings Lynn is all over the place. Half the bookies disagree who should be favourite .Bet Victor started out at +4 for Kings Lynn @ 7/10 and Expekt have Lakeside +2.5 @ 1.72. So there is or was excellent value on tonights matches
