I think you may be wrong in that. A team may have done 5 (or more) at Home before they reach the 4 Away figure. In that case all 5H (or more) + 4A will count towards his new 'official' average.

I doubt if most riders will have a 'proper' average by April. Some teams will be lucky to have completed 4H & 4A by the end of May. And those that have may still have a rider or two that have not completed 4H & 4A due to injury/Poland/DU. Then what happens?
