Recent meetings between Berwick and Glasgow at Shielfield have taken many fans back to the speedway used to be, big crowds, decent racing and value for money. Having already taken a calculated gamble by putting Cardiff back to September, later than ever before, would BSI take another one by introducing another GP in this Country. Personally I`d love to see a GP go to Belle Vue and it would sell out very quickly so maybe the profits of one would be off set against the losses from the other.

Fair enough, never a good sign when the refereeing makes the head lines and last night Mr Froschauer certainly did that.

Not seen anything to suggest he wont be there, only that he feels like he has been hit by a bus and is struggling to walk or sit down this morning.

Thoroughly enjoyed last nights GP, it came over well on tv and was enhanced by the Tatum & Pearson commentary. Meeting had everything, good races, bit controversy and the Brits did well. Congratulations to Bartosz Zmarslik on his win but Tai Woffinden must be delighted this morning looking at the leader board, Freddie Lindgren needs to get back to his early season form if he is to get his challenge back on track.

What can be done ?. As fans, complain and move on, as FIM/BSI make sure last night referee is never again allowed any where near a SGP.
