  1. Even Woffinden wouldn't lambaste his mechanic in public, but I think it quite clear that his fuel taps were not turned on. The pictures don`t lie.
  2. And the Glasgow No1 does it again, well done Cookie.
  3. Its the ridiculous hotel prices that turn most people away.
  4. Not sure about wife's glasses, this ref has dark glasses, alsatians, white sticks and tin cans.
  5. Not sure how many SGP this ref has done in the past but this surely has to be his last.
  6. Giving the referees track record he will probably exclude Robert Lambert.
  7. He has had his struggles in SGP so far this season but you have to take your hat off to Craig Cook.
  8. More start line nerves for Cook. Great to hear from race director Phil Morris, I wonder how long before we hear an apology for the bad language.
  9. Speedway racing in this Country is on the crest of a slump at the minute, lets hope tonight's SGP can put a smile back on the face of British speedway and remind us that our sport can be good at times.
  10. From a purely selfish and personal point of view the earlier in the season the better for me.
  11. That`s how it was announced at Berwick last weekend, all the teams top three were added with the lowest team missing, sadly for them that meant Newcastle.
  12. I`d love to know, on the face of it it seems quite ridiculous.
  13. At this rate I am going to be on my own-some.
  14. Still a squad member, but very unlikely of being selected.
  15. Aaron Summers had a rare outing today in the Polish league where he scored 5pts for Wanda Krakow in their home defeat to ROW Rybnik, the meeting ended 27-63...ouch.
  16. Bewley selected ahead of Cook once again for today's meeting between Wanda Krakow and Rybnik where he scored 10+3.
  17. I think Mr Chapman is/was a poster on this forum, I am hoping if he sees this thread he will give his own thoughts.
  18. Sadly for Peterborough that ship sailed to Edinburgh.
  19. Theo Pijper has had a decent day in the second Speedway Longtrack GP in Holland where in finished 4th in the Final, the meeting was won by Martin Smolinski.
  20. That and Scunthorpe were not much more than a three man team, though guest Covatti did splutter into life in Ht12, Gino Manzaries was an embarrassment. Hopefully Danny Phillips will be back very soon after his crash and withdrawal.
