  1. Arrived in Prague weather lovely, heading up to practice later on. Practice at 5pm ?
  2. if both teams turn up at full strength then this has the makings of a cracking meeting, both with good heat leaders but maybe Berwick`s strength at reserve with Etheridge might just swing things in their favour. I would take Berwick to win by 2-4pts. Could do with all thing rain we have had over the last day or two clearing away.
  3. Pedersen had a job on making the top eight, missing a couple rounds added to an already poor start makes that job harder still. Is practice at 5pm local time.
  4. Certainly on his way to turning things round and getting back to the form we know he is capable of. Hopefully hr continues this form for the rest of the season and he comes back into Championship racing for 2018, though if he keeps this form up we are likely to see him in the Championship before that.
  5. Gappmaier has been drawn to go to Terenzano, just five rides away from the GP Challenge meeting. Also drawn in the same meeting is former Berwick rider Matej Kus.
  6. Injured while riding for Ipswich earlier this season and likely to be out for some time.
  7. I applaud this decision, I am sure that on the night the health and well being of Coty Garcia was upper most in everyone's mind, but lets face it a situation presented itself to Redcar where they could delay a meeting with the chance of getting an abandonment and Glasgow back to face a stronger Redcar team on a later date. I don't blame Redcar for trying, any promotion would, but the correct decision has been made IMO.
  8. Danny Gappmaier has made it through to the next round of GP qualification after finishing fourth in today's qualifier at Abensberg. Next rounds are held Olching on the 15th of this month with the other qualifier being held at Terenzano two days later meaning if Gappmaier is drawn at Olching he will miss our away meeting at Ipswich.
  9. Delighted you got things sorted enjoy your trip.
  10. Or no rules for anybody, just a case of please yourself.
  11. Oh don`t worry even Saturday`s win still keeps us firmly bottom of the league, thing is it makes our win over Workington all the more enjoyable.
  12. Giving the circumstances its pleasing to see Berwick putting in a decent show, you would expect Bridger would've got more than the two points his R/R got. Good to see Etheridge in the points and finally we have a genuine No1.
  13. At least you have to give Scunthorpe credit for one thing, they spotted this and got in first before Poole who to the best of my knowledge haven't tried this before.
  14. I`ve been to the last three GP`s there, its never been sold out in any of those and I`d be surprised if it were sold out for this year.
  15. Looking at pictures of the track, yes, its running half way down the home straight.
  16. In short and according to Birmingham, yes.
  17. No problem with Auty returning to speedway, and no problem with him returning to Scunthorpe but under their own rules the BSPA must enforce the 28 day handed to Auty when he announced his break from racing. If the MC allow this then you can bet there will be others who will try the same trick with the BSPA powerless to do anything about it.
  18. Surely our beloved MC can`t sanction this one, or if they do as others have suggested then Auty should serve his ban.
  19. Please don`t tell me Scunthorpe`s new signing is Josh Auty.
  20. Proctor does indeed guest for Howe, R/R for Bridger, Berwick No8 if needed will be Kevin Whelan.
  21. I think it will be a situation where Peterborough would be entitled to three days worth of guests, practice, meeting and rain off day if needed, though the result of this meeting was announced half way through the meeting at Berwick last night so you would think Holder could get from Pocking to Scunthorpe without to much difficulty. Robert Lambert rode in the same meeting and he will be taking his place in the Newcastle team tonight.,
  22. Bridger 6-05 Proctor 6-68 According to the BSPA site.
  23. If Berwick use R/R as they did last night and keep the guests either where they did last night and use Proctor for Bridger I would expect Berwick to line up as follows. 1 Nick Morris 2 R/R for David Howe 3 James Sarjeant 4 Kevin Doolan 5 Ty Proctor 6 Jye Etheridge 7 David Wallinger
