Or maybe just a bit of common sense.
-
Another reason for the EL to go to one night maybe, but you are right with so many riders doubling up putting tours together for the PL clubs will be difficult.
-
I think a lot of tracks in the North will be in a sorry state, I don't think we`ve had a day without rain since Christmas. Berwick Rangers had a match off the other day due to water logging so you`d think the track will be the same way.
-
Whilst I agree with you I think we need to accept that some riders just don't see racing in our leagues as there main priority anymore, especially when you see the kind on contracts dished out some clubs in Poland, whether the clubs actually honour those contracts of course is a different matter.
-
I take your point, obviously rain offs mean fixture changes but at least the original fixture wouldn't have been moved.
-
But it shouldn't be, northern clubs doing southern tours and vica versa and fans booking holidays around them have been part of PL speedway for years. Surely there is a benefit for tracks to actually think of getting some travelling fans along, or maybe I hanker after a bygone age.
-
Will the published fixtures bare any resemblance to when the meetings actually take place, seems fixtures can be changed willy nilly playing havoc with those who choose to follow their teams away, especially when it comes to booking holidays and hotels.
-
While I am no fan of Havelock snr and the way he goes on, I hope either the sponsor has a change of heart and renews their sponsorship or a new one can be found somewhere that allows Redcar to start and finish the 2016 season. Sponsorship, either team, or individual in this day and age is vital for any club.

I would if I was on a percentage, alas no.

Kus`s scores at Peterborough are normally very good, I am surprised they didn't sign him I fact. I think Kus will do more than a decent job at Newcastle.
-
I take your point but I see Kus as a decent signing for Newcastle, and after all he comes with a seven point plus average so he must've been doing something right especially with the way averages are calculated now. IMO Kus is very much a confidence rider, give him some support, get his confidence up and you will have the kind of rider Berwick had a couple of seasons ago where he went from reserve to the No1 place.
-
Maybe you are right, though I would hope not, or maybe TWK never actually broke forum rules.
-
Seems to be more questions than answers with signing Bjerre.
-
I`m quite happy to listen to your hypocrisy argument, but racism and bullying. I take it TWK will have been banned, suspended or both for this as its clearly against forum rules.
-
And surely trying to accommodate Bjerre, by using other race nights, would surely have an effect on the crowds as IMO fans like regular racing on regular nights.
-
Delighted to see you posting again, this forum has been poorer without your contributions.
-
In other words just about like the majority of threads on BSF.
-
My guess is looking at the Redcar team I think one rider is a Redcar asset.
-
Did you get everything sorted.
-
I think you`re right, in that case then Peterborough might need a bit of luck with the fixtures and a bit of help from fellow promoters with those fixtures, if they go for Bjerre. Agreed, this forum does need SCB back posting.
-
If Peterborough are wanting their No1 to be at every meeting then they will need to look elsewhere rather than go for Bjerre, if they are happy happy using guests then Bjerre`s the man for the Panthers.
-
Agreed it was probably against higher standard of rider, but Hall didn't exactly pull up any trees last season at reserve, he has a low average for a reason.
-
Agree with you, TWK started a thread announcing he would no longer take part in this forum, though I hope he still reads it, where as SCB hasent as yet as far as I am aware. I hope he returns soon.
-
I hope we see SCB back posting very soon.
-
Don`t forget Havelock snr has previous with this kind thing, and with this rider, IMO the quicker Havelock and his kind have nothing to do with speedway the better.
