  1. http://www.speedwaygp.com/news/article/4417/ Hadn't read until now the injury suffered by Maks Gregoric, I hope we hear better news on his condition very soon.
  2. Especially those who`d rather chase a pay day in the play offs in Poland, I would understand if they were Polish themselves.
  3. Pay no attention, young Bates deserves his place and chance to become Under-19 Champ.
  4. Again your reading more to my last post than is necessary, I agreed with a post about Berwick`s news letter saying they get their information out, where`s the "cheap shot" in that.
  5. Most of the current music is just bland tripe, so I am quite happy with the older music, old fart maybe. AC/DC on a Saturday night is fine with me.
  6. I agree, Berwick certainly get their information out.
  7. Of the sixteen its only Carr, Bates, Clegg, Ruddick, Perks, that has ever tasted the delights of Shielfield on anything like a regular bases. Carr must start a favourite IMO.
  8. Draw has been made for the up and coming Under-19 Championships. 1 Connor Mountain 2 Luke Ruddick 3 Josh Bailey 4 Max Clegg 5 Danyon Hume 6 Zach Wajtknecht 7 Michael Neale 8 Alfie Bowtell 9 Layne Cupitt 10 Ellis Perks 11 Alex Wilson 12 Jack Parkinson-Blackburn 13 Josh Bates 14 Danny Phillips 15 Ryan Kinsley 16 Liam Carr
  9. You seem to be reading something into my post that just isn't there, my post isn't directed at one promotion in particular but promotions in general.
  10. Lethargy from some promoters, an expectation that fans will always turn up to sit or stand through the same dross most weeks, probably why the average age of the average fan is an ageing one.
  11. To be honest you could probably say that about many tracks, out dated music with out dated presentation from out dated presenters.
  12. IMO Saturday`s Barker statement came straight out of, and was delivered in, the style Berwick of one of the news letters.
  13. Agree, lets just be thankful it isn't a certain Danish rider, it wouldn't only be Mr. Woffinden using industrial language as this forum would turn the brightest blue overnight.
  14. Your entitled to your opinion, but I am sorry I dont think its acceptable to swear during a live interview on tv, maybe your right I`m from a different generation than Tai but I still find it hard to accept that the kind of swearing we heard from Tai as being cool.
  15. Another fairly dismal away showing from Berwick. let down by our guest at No1 though on the flip side a good score from our other guest Mr. Fisher who wouldn't be the worst signing for Berwick next season should they run of course.
  16. Woffinden is a fantastic rider, and will hopefully go on to be World Champ this year, but that should bring a responsibility of conducting yourself better than Tai did last night. However I completely accept that Tai and Darcy are big mates and Tai will have been as upset as most over last weeks accident.
  17. Sorry but the language that Woffinden used last night is unacceptable, end of. The fact that Steve Brandon apologised for his first expletive, only for Tai to use it again makes it even more unacceptable, and if your looking for raw emotion can I suggest you look at Holders interview, pure emotion.
  18. Understand the sentiment, but how does using bad language portray your emotions better than just staying professional, I thought Zagar spoke very well after winning the GP and if there was anyone who`s emotions were running high, it was his.
  19. To be fair its not just his SGP form that has been poor, his form and scores haven't been great for Stal Gorzow this season. Clearly it must be a crisis of confidence as he has proved in the past that he is capable of beating the World`s best.
  20. When all said and done, a rider will go where the money is, either in pay or sponsorship.
  21. Sorry guys I thought I had copy and pasted the translated version.
  22. http://www.sportowefakty.pl/zuzel/543649/krzysztof-kasprzak-nadal-bezradny-to-bardzo-zly-sezon-dla-mnie This is translated from sportowefatky, the translation might be a bit ropey but it might help on the information you require.
  23. Agree though I am sure Steve Brandon would've asked Holder for an interview before the cameras came to him, which Holder obviously agreed to, but was overcome with emotion, and after the week he`s had who could blame him.
