As far as your second part of your post goes, Ladbrokes would offer you very decent odds on that happening, though it would be fantastic entertainment giving some Berwick fans post on here, and that of club officials on other social media. Would the Edinburgh promotion swap one venue where crowds are dwindling for another. Maybe they could see Shielfield as a more permanent and better stadium to run their speedway than they currently have at Armadale.

Doesn't seem to be alot of interest in this meeting, we haven't even had the usual mud slinging between Berwick`s finest posters.

But the points limit would be lower so Luna might still make an attractive signing. -

No your right it hasn't, but if certain changes are made and the points limit lowered they may have to reconsider. -

Just read an article from Rob Godfrey saying there is disagreement between promoters about the make up of the PL for next season, and he cant start signing riders till that is sorted out, so you`d think Newcastle will be in the same position regarding riders. -

Giving the strength of the Berwick team, this is a PL meeting in name only. Look out for a big home win.

Congratulations to Berwick`s Leon Flint who has today won the British Mini Bike Championships.

Excellent, lets get it announced then, some people out there might need to look at booking hotels and time off work. -
IMO the asset system passed his sell by date years ago, no rider commits to a team year after year now, and there is little or no transfer system that enables a club to cash in on talent. Scrap the whole thing and let the riders be truly self employed.

I think that contradicts what he said in the same magazine a couple of weeks ago, maybe the Monarchs have told him he wont be need there. So that would mean Cook finding a new team in the PL, even on a high average there`s bound to be teams tempted to give him a shot.

I agree, representing his Country, finishing on the rostrum in British Finals, qualifying for SGP, and top scoring for his team in the PL up and down the league, clearly signs of going to pieces.

If your figure is any where near right, that's a lot of money to find for what is a six month season.

Commercially I understand, but IMO no team should be seeded directly to the Final. -

SWC I agree with, but as long as Cardiff is hosting a SGP I cant see another one in this Country. -
Errrrrrrrrrrrrr no, lets just say that Berwick Speedway doesn't need Mr Lindon right now.
-
Unlikely and no.
-
Fair enough but its getting him there in the first place that has proved at bit of a problem.

BSPA have a meeting in around a months time, at the meeting Berwick will have to declare if they are running next year or not, you would think though that if an investor or buyer has come forward and is in talks with the club a period of grace would be given.
