Hopefully starting with Prague next Saturday, as I think its fair to say the first two GP`s haven't exactly lived up to the billing.

If he has made his racing return, shouldn't that mean he should take his place in Sheffield`s next fixture.

Rye House V Workington Comets 17-5-2015
screm replied to Gazza66's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Sadly I agree, maybe its time to accept that riders are always going to put leagues abroad, usually higher paying ones at that, higher than their commitments over here. -
For a rider with limited experience it encouraging to see Luke Ruddick putting in some very decent scores for Mildenhall in the NL. It must be a good thing for Berwick`s long term future that they now have three young assets racing in the NL. NB Cornhillcol, please don't read this post. In other news Claus Vissing had a good meeting in Poland today, he scored 14pts for his club KSM Krosno. Sadly for him his team lost by 1pt at Lublin.

http://www.workingtoncomets.co/news/article.asp?id=100494 Wonder how long this agreement will last on the Polish side of things. -
Having signed for Workington, does Mathew Wethers have the same kind of time as Proctor to get his 7pt average.

Cant they just open up one of the many ruts and bury Ole Olsen in it, the guy should be anywhere near a SGP track.

They wouldn't dare abandon this one......would they.

Anyone with an ounce of speedway knowledge would agree with this, sadly some posters ignorance show no bounds, strange really as its normally their insecurities, this will now become evident to all. -

Isn't that a bit harsh on John Carver. -

George English`s record as promoter and team manager, for producing winning teams and bringing in new talent as club assets over the last few years, is something Berwick would do well to look at and learn from. Lets all wait for the, I was only doing a bit of fishing post. -

Hopefully the decent weather that is forecast for today will encourage a few more from watching tonight's SGP from Finland and get along to Shielfield. Saturday will be largely sunny and bright, there is just the chance of catching a light shower around the middle of the day but its clean green for the speedway tonight. -
For now I don't agree with the opinion of getting rid of Barker, but one thing is clear, a 4pt return from a rider who was signed as an out and out No1 is no good to Berwick. It must be hoped he finds the kind of form he should be capable of, in away meetings as well as home, as soon as possible, or at least before our chances of making the play offs are over. On a positive note its good to see Richard Hall coming away with a decent score.

Amazing that the poster who is now wanting new faces was the same person who was all for "hoying out" certain fans, and those who choose to vote with their feet were "attention seeking", like I say amazing. -
Bit of a bolt out of the blue this, could Sheffield have really misunderstood the rules this badly.

Most of this post is total and utter bilge, and you know it is, might be an idea to use the delete option. -
Congratulations to Leon Flint who finished second in class in the junior meeting at Scunthorpe today.

Mr Gapinski would struggle to get into the Berwick on his performances so far this season.
