Agree with, whilst Berrington was good in its day Berwick Speedway needs needs to be in Berwick upon Tweed if it has a long term future.

Last night, I thought this thread might go down, the lets discuss memories of Berrington Lough, sadly it looks the whole thing was started as a I know more than you venture, sad really.

Under Fairbairn Berwick had riders queuing up to ride for them, and you make an excellent point about the late Ian Graham, IMO its fair to say had it not been for Mr Graham Berwick Speedway mightve been in a very different place today.

I still expect Poland to win the meeting, but it cant be right that through no fault of their won the Polish are now handicapped for the rest of the meeting and wont have a rider in some races.

Setting off in the morning for our hotel ready for Monday, it would be great to see Team GB go direct to next Saturdays Final, though I like the look of the Australian team especially round Kings Lynn.

Damn decent of Berwick to take a summer break in their season so riders and fans alike can enjoy the SWC.
