  1. Hopefully the decent weather that is forecast for today will encourage a few more from watching tonight's SGP from Finland and get along to Shielfield. Saturday will be largely sunny and bright, there is just the chance of catching a light shower around the middle of the day but its clean green for the speedway tonight.
  2. For now I don't agree with the opinion of getting rid of Barker, but one thing is clear, a 4pt return from a rider who was signed as an out and out No1 is no good to Berwick. It must be hoped he finds the kind of form he should be capable of, in away meetings as well as home, as soon as possible, or at least before our chances of making the play offs are over. On a positive note its good to see Richard Hall coming away with a decent score.
  3. Amazing that the poster who is now wanting new faces was the same person who was all for "hoying out" certain fans, and those who choose to vote with their feet were "attention seeking", like I say amazing.
  4. Bit of a bolt out of the blue this, could Sheffield have really misunderstood the rules this badly.
  5. Most of this post is total and utter bilge, and you know it is, might be an idea to use the delete option.
  6. Congratulations to Leon Flint who finished second in class in the junior meeting at Scunthorpe today.
  7. Its a problem that needs to be addressed though should not be open to abuse, it has to be better that a team can continue to field a full team throughout the meeting rather than going one rider short in certain races.
  8. Anyone else going to Prague or is it just me and my friend Alan.
  9. Mr Gapinski would struggle to get into the Berwick on his performances so far this season.
  10. Be sure to find him, a real gent, on my trips to Brough I always make sure I go and say hello.
  11. We had the best watering system of them all on Friday night, with a quick shower just as the meeting was about to start last night. IMO it would've been very risky to water during last nights meeting as there was rain all around Berwick, all of which missed us.
  12. Sadly four points wont be anything like enough to take to Ipswich for the second leg, but it was just nice to see Berwick win at home.
  13. Fell with Stichaur in a tight Ht 10 first turn, he walked back to the pits but was unable to take his place in the re-run.
  14. Its a forum, and I will pick and choose where I do or do not post, if your struggling to grasp that concept then this forum might not be for you.
  15. And as other poster prove brain overload can be a dangerous thing, especially when mixed with information interpretation.
  16. As has already been said we`ve had quite a bit of rain throughout the night in Berwick, it is still very overcast but the forecast is an improving one for the rest of the day.
  17. You never fail to live down to your own expectations do you, and its to your credit.
  18. Wet morning dry afternoon is the easiest way to describe the weather tomorrow. Rain is forecast for a good part of the night tonight, that will move slowly away during Saturday morning leaving the late morning and rest of Saturday dry and bright.
  19. And there in lies the problem, I think it would be a great idea to get the bikes lined up as in years gone by, but we need introductions done promptly and the riders on their bikes for their parade soon after, all done and dusted for Ht1 at 7pm, sadly with our presenter I cant see that happening.
