So we seen both Antti and Vinnie being unable to guest for teams due to the ban. However, I have just seen tate is now guesting for Redcar on Friday.

Anyone any clues? Is it a sign? Are redcar being numb?

The current suspension ends Friday.

Anti is banned because of his visa,Vinnie isn’t banned but couldn’t ride last night for Ipswich because he was already riding at Birmingham in a NDT meeting for his NDT team Kent where he scored 11 points and Tate isn’t banned because his visa is with belle vue not Workington

I thought Anttis visa was sorted by Birmingham? I know he doesn't ride there anymore but not 100% how it works

Is this not because unlike our lads, Belle Vue own his visa/contract/thingy ?

Re Antti : Birmingham probably withdrew their sponsorship when they let him go. This will have cancelled his certificate of sponsorship and curtailed his visa to 60 days or however long was left on it whichever was the shorter. The reason he couldn't guest is maybe that the 60 days have lapsed while Worky are suspended and had their sponsor licence revoked.

Re Vinnie it may be that lpswich just decided to use a higher average rider.

Anti visa is with Birmingham, he can’t ride cause Workington are his only employer unlike tate who is employed currently by the aces.

Vinnie had to ride for his NDT team last night at Birmingham which takes priority,he couldn’t guest because of that but is riding this week for Ipswich

The guy from Birmingham on here said it was initially with Birmingham but wasn’t sure if it reverted to Workington after he left

I doubt Vuolas is employed by any club, he won't be PAYE with either Worky or Brum

I can't help but think the BSPL who are supposed to have the interests of British Speedway at heart have been very harsh on Workington Speedway with this suspension and caused a lot of deep upset.. The club is guilty of inactivity in terms of filing necessary records something which is obvious .  The club are not in trouble financially and do not owe HMRC anything.  The owner of the club owns all the assets all of which are paid for.

Pretty sure he was. The term 'Employment' means different things in different contexts (for example company, employment and tax law definitions differ). The term employee appears in the 'Migrant Policy Guidance' on the BSPL website, so I conclude that for these purposes Vuolas was an employee of Birmingham or Workington.
