There were also assets on the last balance sheet of the dissolved company. These may of course have been disposed of/ removed between the date of the last accounts (31/07/22) and striking off!

Why would he do that when he owns them all.

Everything you see at the GT Tyres Arena is the result of one mans vision and his own money. The true personal financial cost to himself has to be a multiple of 6 figures as are the number of hours of physical hands on labour he has invested.   Many people wonder why in the current speedway climate would anyone do that and that is a very good question. The answer is simple he loves Speedway.  He also takes pride in what he does because that is who he is. He may well tell you himself that paperwork is not his forte but he has taken remedial actioned to make sure this shortcoming does not repeat itself.

Hopefully we will get a statement from the BSPL today.

How the bspa work or don't work, imo don't hold your breath, but fingers crossed for a positive outcome. Would think someone would have to know something today, in order to get things in place, medical cover, riders, programmes etc for a meeting on Saturday. UTC

Anti visa is with Birmingham, he can’t ride cause Workington are his only employer unlike tate who is employed currently by the aces.

No it isn't. Birmingham cancelled sponsorship when they released him, his visa with Birmingham expired 60 days after.

I'm sure the BSPL know, the exciting fixture Saturday against the Pirates is still on the website.

That's good news

But will upset the ones who were adamant it was the end

And the ones who claim they have all the inside info. Hopefully makes them out to be fools.

Looks promising ? old firm wound up due to not filing with companies house, new firm started should see that hurdle overcome, just got to hope that any rider that the previous admin held Visa rights for, can be transferred as quickly to the new company, looks like only one rider is subject to this problem, even if the Visa issue is not sorted, it is beginning to look like Worky can be back, with possible R/R or guest ( if allowed ?

I don't know about all of this legal stuff, or care tbh. But  really glad it's been sorted out. We don't need to lose any club. Especially after all the recent  money and effort that has been put in to the new track etc.
