Twice only got a decision right on the line after chasing leader down, and in other races was made to work for the money by the homesters. Not least in Heat 9, when he had to chase Matt Marson for two and a half laps before getting the better of an excellent tussle between the two. Evenly matched, I would say, based on that race........ And the one that is in this week's Speedway Star speaking about how he believes he's capable of winning on his day.
