After a long break -- caused by Armadale weather and Worky woes -- Bandits and Monarchs get back on track tonight.

Local weather seems set to be dry.   All systems go!

You are sounding more like Joe 90 from Thunderbirds with your final point.

Speedway in July might catch on if we really work at it.

A late change to the R.E.D Bandits, powered by STS line-up for tonight’s Cab Direct Championship clash with Edinburgh.

Former Monarchs number one Craig Cook has failed to recover fully from Covid and had to withdraw from the derby ckash.

We’ll once again use rider replacement for him, as we did in the victory over Redcar, with all our other six riders eligible to take an extra ride.

Out of interest was his last meeting at Poole?

Strange that as I was told on Thursday that he wasn’t riding Friday or Saturday.

As they tried getting guests for both meetings but couldn’t get one. So not a “late change” as they’re trying to claim.

How much longer is this reoccurring situation going to be tolerated? How much longer is the public going to be openly lied too? With all the problems British speedway faces it’s crap like this which is rubbing it in our faces

Really poor all round regarding Cook.

And Berwick, they’ve known he wasn’t going to do Today or yesterday for a few days now.

That’s what I said.No respect for the fans( we’re just mushrooms). This is a problem in the sport  not just at Berwick.

Why do people assume he's not well? Surely he's losing money by not riding in what is now a very short season, I'd imagine as a rider you would want to maximise earnings.
