I assume the guidance is to help them along and point them in the right direction (ie do as there told and follow the instructions and rules of fellow promoters) Yes, basically to show them how to run an unviable business, how to not promote said sport and basically carry on running the sport into the ground, then to tell them any new ideas are not welcome, when the new promoter will realise it's a load of cobblers and walk away in much the same way most new promoters have done for the last 20 or so seasons, if anyone knows any different then please come on here and tell all.
