Next up for TV is the almost certain meaningless match between Oxford and Kings Lynn on Bank Holiday Monday 25th August start time 7.30pm on TNT Sports 1

Oh Tim

Many moons ago on this very forum you knocked one of my posts saying you didn't make many/ or any mistakes when you were TM of Reading.

You love to post links and lineups for various meetings around the World.

So how are you unaware of the fantastic BSN coverage which includes 4 meetings between today and the date of the BH fixture.

one of which includes the two teams you've mentioned.

Deffo not your mistake! BSN isn’t TV full stop! Live streaming isn’t live TV. Although you can get google on smart TVs and then log on to it and watch it through your TV 😂 technology hey!

According to this forum, Tungate had walked from the club...and that Oxford riders were owed large sums of monies. Guess time will tell if there is any foundation to them.

I wouldn't think Oxford riders are owed money.

If they were Janowski's Polish team would not let him travel.

I think it's all about making sure they have shown the same number of meetings from each track by this time of the season.

Imagine TNT doing the same for premier league. Arsenal vs Chelsea not on tv but Burnley vs Wolves is. Speedway is its own downfall sometimes.

They do I believe, each premier league team must be shown a certain number of times.

They don’t. 23-24 season on TV:

Arsenal - 28

Tottenham- 26

Everton - 19

Villa - 18

Forest - 15

Palace - 13

Fulham - 9

I said a certain number of times, not an equal amount. So that stat is pointless.

it might have changed a bit in the new tv deal as all Sunday matches are now being shown live.

Plus im sure they showed Liverpool, City and United matches just as many times as they aired Arsenal or Spurs coz you ain't even got them 3 on the list🫣

There were various posts on here stating they hadn't been paid, mainly due to Tungates actions last week...lets see if those posts have any credence or facts to them.

They do. They’re contractually obliged to show each team a minimum number of times (football). Of course some teams will be shown more than others. Speedway is the same, each track has to show a minimum number of fixtures.
