Based on results this season, comfy aggregate win for Poole.

Glasgow just don’t gate well enough to keep it close at Wimborne Avenue.

will be good to see a full strength team turn up at Poole for a change 😊

You cant base it on results this season, they are a different team with Nagel.

Agree but is it nailed on that the lesser spotted Nagel graces us with his presence Wednesday?

You have to fancy the Pirates, I’m afraid. Not only have they wiped the floor with us twice already at Wimborne Road, but they’ve found some excellent form in recent weeks.

Dreading the first leg. I know winning is the priority, but the racing at Wimborne Road is absolutely terrible. It’s boring; it doesn’t deserve to host a final and it’s a terrible, terrible advert for the sport.

The sad thing is, one of the best meetings I’ve ever saw was at Wimborne Road in 2004.

Creating a gate-and-go arena has been intentional. Success at the expense of entertainment.

If the Tigers needed any additional motivation towards winning the Championship, they surely got it with the news that Redcar will complete in the BSN final.

That aside, the welcome news on the casualties and the excellent response of the Bears and Tigers supporters and staff must be applauded.

We just need to be still in the tie for the return leg 🤞

I think its the most 50/50 playoff final yet. Hard to work out what sort of score line you would think is a good result for Glasgow, as Redcar kept it to 6 which wasn't enough and Sheffield only had a 3 point lead against Leicester and that was nearly enough! Also Glasgow nearly held onto their two point lead at Redcar.

Before the playoff SFs I would have said Glasgow are a step ahead of us but with Poole's performances at Redcar and at Poole in KOC it is too close to predict imo.

He would indeed, seeing as he has a higher average!

Dayle Wood the only likely replacement.

Or Edinburgh's Loftus

Thats true, forgot that, probably Jack Smith then who would be a good upgrade on Hodder.

Thought Jack Smiths average is well above Hodder’s would most likely be dayle wood then

Hodder 2.70, Smith 2.68 as of 01/10 so can guest both legs, might be the best guest if Freddy isn't fit for home, not sure about his Poole form though.

Jack got paid 4 at Poole when there with Berwick, Jordy got 1 , Jack is the best bet as replacement for Hodder
