I think its the most 50/50 playoff final yet. Hard to work out what sort of score line you would think is a good result for Glasgow, as Redcar kept it to 6 which wasn't enough and Sheffield only had a 3 point lead against Leicester and that was nearly enough! Also Glasgow nearly held onto their two point lead at Redcar.

Before the playoff SFs I would have said Glasgow are a step ahead of us but with Poole's performances at Redcar and at Poole in KOC it is too close to predict imo.

Agree, a very hard final to predict, maybe slightly favour Poole as they seem to be able to "step up" when it matters most, plus Glasgow may not be able to find a reserve guest to score points at home.

Unfortunately seeing him at worky on Saturday and in the local establishment in the evening, looks like cairns has had a big growth spurt and will probably keep on growing for a little bit, looking to be the wrong build for a speedway rider now

Don’t tell former rider Arthur Brownng

Seen many young riders like that……sometimes they flatter to deceive and never move on and learn to pass ….others fall off lot trying then entually stay on and move up the ladder….only time will tell,,,,

would suggest Poole not the best track to learn the art of passing ?

Passing🤣

Being tall hasn't been a problem for Mikkel Andersen. He dwarfs his bike.

Poole clear favourites to any non Poole supporter

Ipswich were clear favourite in the top league but Leicester made them work hard and Glasgow might do

Let’s not kid ourselves how much the Poole reserves are better than Glasgow

It will take a monumental effort from Glasgow over 2 legs to win this

Cooper Rushen for me🏆

Very impressive at worky on Saturday only 15 agree he is hopefully going places, can pass and seems to be having fun on the bike. Hope he keeps grounded, and not another Ashton boughen.  Will be lots of clubs after him for 2026, but I've heard it's all sorted, gonna be at a south coast club.🤔

The Tigers fans will be hoping Bomber is the best he can be in both legs because Rich Lawson definitely will be. It is hard to call but after watching Poole dismantle Redcar twice at the ECCO Arena over the last 10days it is going to be a tough ask for the Tigers. I hope they do it, nice to share the trophies around and the club and fans deserve it.

After seeing both ride, Cooper Rushen does look the better prospect

Love watching him ride, I just hope the leg off the footrest style doesn't hold him back. Bridger used to have a similar style. I'm not saying that's what stopped him becoming world class, but I don't think it helps a rider at times.

Apologies if I’ve missed it elsewhere but is Boughen lost to the sport now?

Seems like there’s definitely something that could/should be done to help keep young riders heads straight. Anyone with above average potential seems to be treated as a commodity before a person, in their teenage years that’s always going to either inflate the ego or crush it, sometimes both. A lot of young careers have probably suffered for it. Something needs to be done to help the British youngsters stay on track, literally and metaphorically.
