He may be lacking consistency in his gating but that will come. His overall bike skills are remarkable for a 16 year old. Imo it will be his physical condition towards the 2nd half of the season which may affect him. Why would he when he was much more on the pace last night?! Looks good for someone thrown in at the deep end. Once he sharpens up his starts he'll be just fine in the Premiership.
