Let's be honest no Poole fan will blame Lawson which i except but don't agree with but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. One thing for sure putting Toby in hospital won the match for Poole, but the main thing is tobys wellbeing both physically and mentally of that I'm sure we can all agree.

Poole are doing a collection  for Tobi at Wednesdays meeting with Scunny.

No idea, could you say to that in English?

With a plum in me mouth and some queens or kings English. Why would Mr Cook travel 300 miles from home to sit on Mr middlleitch s sofa and give him a cuddle 😜

I am sure Middlo would give him a warm welcome and a cup of tea.

Granted it has only been two meetings but Kyle looks to be settling in nicely. He certainly appears to be well motivated and committed, even though he's only signed for 28 days. I'm begining to think he might prove to be a better option to Gilkes. Anyone know if that's a possibility, re the contract situation with Dan etc?

OK granted nobody was interested in this topic last time I posted it, but here goes with a second take.

So I've seen a couple of posts on the forum where other people have also stated a preference for retaining Kyle. My question is bearing in mind that he was signed on as a 28day injury replacement, if he continues to ride as he has so far this season he will increases his GSA, would that be a problem if the Fords wanted to make it permanent after the 28 days are up?

Probably because no one knows. I guess it depends if/when it gets extended and when his average changes. Used to be once a month, i'm assuming that is still the same.

Echo this, I’m not even sure if it’s 4H4A for new riders anymore. I assume Poole can’t sign Newman with the attention of swapping him for Gilkes at a later date either? I’d of liked to see Gilkes, but Newman is undroppable. He’s been excellent thus far.

Newman is in Poole's current 1-7, the current team can remain till the end of the season regardless of averages.

In normal circumstances, If Poole want to make changes, they can build up to the 40 limit or sign a lower averaged rider.

Except they can bring Gilkes back for Newman, regardless of averages.

Booked a holiday this afternoon in Poole... thought, oh I'll be able to pull a visit in to Wimborne Road, checked the fixtures out and there's only 1 single fixture between the 9th of May and the 14th of July!!!! WTF!!!!

Should have looked at fixture list 1st 😜 but if you go down to the quayside you will see some nice new boats being built at the sunseeker boat manufacturers, a highlight of going to Poole, then goes downhill when you go to wimbored road 😜😀
