I don't understand it, everyone knew Picko's average was going to drop 2 points, he should have been sounding riders out last winter, he could have chanced a kid from Europe on 7 point average. The Ironic thing is David Howe was in speedway star the other week saying that if all the team were to perform to their average they will be fine but they are all perfoming to their average, its just he and Godfrey has built a team 2points below the limit. A very late change of mind is Scunthorpes gain. What a team he'd have made Plymouth with as good a 1-6 already as there is. Its a shame too as Danny King and Scott nicholls would be great mentors.
