FishersGate
What is this total obsession with running the premiership despite the worst possible circumstances. It's been the most predictable and boring league for ages. You watch the crowds drop because of this ridiculous situation.
RS50
At least 5? Who else could there be, apart from the current 5?

Racin Jason 72
Absolute madness to have just 5 teams. £60k less income due to no tv deal. Will the sponsors be willing to pay the same amount for no national coverage ? four less fixtures than this season so less income into the club. Will fans pick and choose due to lack of variety?

I did like the press release saying "a unique set of circumstances" when it should really have read "a dreadful state of circumstances" have to give them credit for trying to keep it going but they need to realise it just isn't working in the current state and a risk is going to have to be taken at some point to turn it around.

This saves one team having sit out the all important play offs to save some embarrassment.

ouch
It’s almost like 2021 all over again. Bit repetitive and we could end up riding against some teams 10 times instead of the four we did last season. Can’t see anybody supporting a repetitive league that see teams meeting 10 times in one season.

No just straight to play off...riders can then sit back and await whatever 2027 has in store for them. Many in need of cash could use the summer months to assist with touring circuses - they'd feel at home with such jobs.

Hamish McRaker
Just have to somehow stagger through 2026 in order to reach the golden promised land of 2027, after which all will be splendid, when a deluge of high quality riders will arrive, a mega bucks tv deal, and a whole slew of new and revived tracks will emerge. Keep the faith (Paloma, that is)
