Always hard to predict as we know an injury or two (we know at Ipswich all too well) can bollox all your best plans! A strategic change or two can also make a huge difference. But as a bit of fun, as it stands I’d go for

Sheffield

Belle Vue

Leicester/Lynn/Ipswich

Northampton

Genuinely can’t split the three teams below Sheffield and Belle Vue, they all look similar to me for different reasons. Leicester and Ipswich very similar, Lynn have more top end strength, but lose out at reserve. No matter how talented the kids are, they’ll be up against much stronger and experienced reserves in the short term.

If Sheffield are injury free come September, they’ll win at a canter.

Not much change from me really...

Don't see anybody getting near Sheffield over the course of the season...

Belle Vue should get 2nd and to be fair, in a Final, could take it close.

3rd for me is between Leicester and Kings Lynn, toss of a coin really, but Lynn just getting my call.

5th should be Ipswich, they will win at home, but some serious beatings away are on the cards, but if they can make some early changes then who knows they might sneak 4th, but i very much doubt that.

Wooden Spoon at the moment for me like most has to be Northampton, but i suppose, if they gel quickly and start well they may surprise us, but like Ipswich, they should win a few at home, but it's away they will seriously struggle, again like Ipswich, they could make some early changes, if they do, they could be sending the Wooden Spoon heading towards Foxhall.

1 Sheffield (Champions)

2 Belle Vue

3 Kings Lynn

4 Leicester

5 Ipswich (Just)

6 Northampton

Quite easy to predict this season, but come September i could be hugely wrong, but not with the bottom 2.

Most fans tend to underestimate Leicester. They did last year and even the year before that. If Kemps turns up then we have a great chance .....to finish second again.

Ive got a championship prediction. Poole to dominate again, only challenged by Glasgow . With Havvy on the photos wearing his woolly hat. I can see the future in that league ( not hard )

To see the future just look at the past. Zzzzzzzz

Pre-dick-ta-bull. Zzzzz

After seeing everyone in the KOCUP perform, I'm very confident that this prediction is in the right ball park.

1. SHEFFIELD (Head and shoulders above everyone imo, Will wipe the floor with everyone at Home to a point where it's going to impossible to beat them over two legs imo)

2. BELLE VUE (Simply due to the Kurtz and Bewley factor, Rest of the team isn't much cop and Cook isn't a HL away from the NSS but Kurtz and Bewley put up so many points to a point where they'll see the Aces into the Grand Final imo where Sheffield will take them to the cleaners)

3-5 are all of similar standard who should win at home but they won't offer much away.

3. LEICESTER (Out of Ipswich, King's Lynn and Leicester, I think the Lions are the team that's most capable of picking up a few wins on the road and that's why I've got them in 3rd place)

4. IPSWICH (Nicholls is the weak link but overall Ipswich's 1-7 is a stronger unit than King's Lynn's who've got a very weak tail and it's effecitvely going to be a 4 Man King's Lynn team most weeks imo and that's no good because Kvech, Harris and Cook are all inconsistent these days)

5. KING'S LYNN (Got a No.1 but it's irrelevant as proven last night at Foxhall when losing by 10 Points and having to use a Tactical Ride due to the tail end not scoring any points against an opponent until Heat 14 and that should be the story of King's Lynn's season away from the AFA imo)

The wooden spoon.

6. NORTHAMPTON (No Home track advantage really and no chance of winning away from home with the side they've assembled imo)
