Scunthorpe v Poole 10/4/26 KO Cup second leg

Recommended Posts

Pirates take an impressive lead along to the EWR tomorrow night. Never going to be overturned. But I do expect Scunthorpe to put up a proper fight on their own patch and you never know, could get a victory on their own patch night.

It would take a hell of an effort against a Poole team already looking formidable.

Will get the stream.

Wouldn't be surprised if Poole win, Zack Cook loves the ewr, Lawson and Kerr always score good points too. Looking foward to seeing Rushen, big future in the sport if he stays on the bike.

I think it was always the plan that Scunny would make a change when Pickering's new average came in. With 1.66 points to use, a few will be riding to keep their team place.

Poole should win this as well

Rushen will always score well at this level as he is mainly up against NDL riders he was beating last season…. Found it much tougher up against Bangs and Edwards …just hope his confidence isn’t affected riding top flight

I was questioning if tonight was worth a 130 mile round trip, petrol cost plus admission ? But from an interest point of view can we show that we are the team we were set up to be ? ie we can win at home ? plus Cooper Rushen should be worth watching and it is Speedway win, lose or draw. So I'll be there.

Hopefully Lawson is alright, safely through to the next round of our cup. Cooper impressive again, Newman battled. Fraser just needs to be a bit smoother, I don’t know if it’s nerves or just his style but he’s a great gater and often looks fast. Look forward to us facing a Oxford or a Glasgow

Well done to Scunthorpe on the win. Pirates not seemingly at it but the job was already done.

Palm Toft came good tonight and young Ingram showed why he is in the team.

Lawson crashes out twice, MPT rediscovers his gonads, Ingram wins a race. Job done on the night for Scunny. Poole assist Godfrey's future attendances and progress in the KO Cup.😇

The MPT doubters have gone quite, I would put my house on him putting something on his 6.1 average due to his home form been so good.

Ingram looked good.

Cooper Rushen looks a great prospect but may need to work on his gating. He and Cairns will probably win Poole the league, 5 or 6 point riders.
