Bandits v Comets KO Cup 1/4 Final Sat 25/4/26 7pm

Bandits welcome Workington, hoping to  progress to the next round, something they haven't done since 2015. Bandits are at full strength with Lasse Fredriksen making his home debut, and Jack Smith declaring himself fit to ride. Workington bring in Dayle Wood as a guest for the injured Vinnie Foord. Again this has the makings of a tight contest with Cook, Jeppesen & Batchelor all capable of scoring well, so this could be another meeting where the reserves determine the result. My prediction 50-40.

I think workington will match berwick with there top 3 riders so all will depend on tate especially as he has raced there a few times now so should score some points tonight. the young dane was looked good when they raced against us but it will probably be his first time at berwick but if berwick new reserve batye rides like he did last week anything could happen.

Incompetent comes to mind, clear movement from both sets of riders but not pulling back for either. This is shameful from the comets. I was thinking of heading up for this I’m glad I’ve saved my cash. 
 

No disrespect to Etherington but Christ he’s so out of his depth. Change needs to be made after tomorrows meeting.

It was a stinker indeed, don’t know what Cook could of done.

Cookie was in front, I’m watching the stream so I was in disbelief when he got threw out!

He certainly tried to influence the referee’s decision on the microphone.

I’ve no idea how he can announce Battye being excluded as his decision and then next minute he’s asking to check Bandits TV footage.

I seen him running up to the box when dishington was watching the replay, maybe Roy should try that tomorrow!!

Nasty crash there in heat 8 mind, hope Niklas is okay but doesn’t look too great for Battye. Was one of the riders I was looking forward to seeing tomorrow, looks a real en.

I thought it was a rule that you cant have same rider guesting at same track within 8 days, unless it's for a no1?

Unfortunately I'm in bandit country and its like watching the comets from 1980+81 totally embarrassing.  

But Greg Blair needs to be fined by the referee for not being impartial telling the ref what decisions to make

Bandits are absolute rockets out of the starts. Niklas was gaining ground there in heat 8 but came a cropper. 
 

Cookie wrongfully excluded in heat 4, he came second in heat 6. Other than that, embarrassing. Should be putting there hands in there pockets to reimburse those fans who have travelled.
