Poole will clean up even with Bowes in the team.

Cooper and Will are only getting better and with Lawson and Cook you also have one of the strongest top 2 in the league.

Kerr is also having an excellent season and Newman is very solid. This Poole side can carry a weak link.

incredible isnt it, if Poole dont walk the league then some serious questions need to be asked of the management.

Being it doesn't affect Poole, do they have to say he's riding in Poland

My fear is that Poole have benefited greatly from having the option of Rushen & Cairns having the ability to get 5/6/7 rides as reserves. If and when Cairns were to go in the main team we then have newman and Bowes as reserves. Newman maybe can get points but I have no faith in Bowes even competing 4/5 races let alone get the points to even match his reserve standing.

For me he is another of those riders who thinks he is better than he is, and while I have sympathy for his injuries, his form abroad over 5 years was enough to convince me he was not an improver.

He is riding more like a 3.5 point rider based on 2026 scores, hence why I feel they should look to sign a promising 5 pointer (if they can get one in) rather than just keep on persevering until he drops below 5.

Someone like 21 year old James Pearson who is getting scores better than Bowes has achived when he was over there.

Whole Poole are massive favourites with Bowes in the team, won't be quite as dominant when he goes to reserve. I still expect them to win the treble, if they can get past Berwick.

In the past they've strengthened up already strong teams, that's why I'm surprised Bowes is still there.

Well Jordan Jenkins who guests for Cairns on Friday, must be nearing the end of his cover for Berwick's Battye. His average would fit (as would Fredericksen) if the Fords make a change before next Wednesday

Jordan's 28-day contract activated on June 13th, so presumably can hold firm until July 10th.

Obviously, most Bandits' fans -- and no doubt management -- will be anxious that he can extend his stay.     Rather like Drew Kemp did, despite a bit of travel, Jordan seems to blossoming at Shielfield Park.

Poole's declared team for Saturday night has Bowes riding at #2, and Simon Lambert as a guest for Will Cairns at reserve.
