Cook could have rode at Plymouth and got the same flight but Poole thought they could bring in Edwards who rides Plymouth better than cook but the powers to be were wise to this hence the reduced facility i.e 75% average blatantly caught out trying to cheat or complete lack of commitment from cook or maybe both you decide but these are the facts. Anyway I am sure Poole would rather have Zach there as a first choice!
