Popular Post Bagpuss
It's hilarious how its always 'we were massively weakened' when the guests don't work out yet when ringers score big points its never 'we were massively strengthened'.

Unfortunately for them, unlike Poole, they are stuck with a No7 who can't score a point, and you lot are moaning the fact you can't use Kennett or Jenkins down at reserve. I don't know the ins and outs, but surely Plymouth have got a lower team average than Poole? If that's the case, why have they been using two lads at No7, who, not the riders' fault, but are nowhere near good enough for the 2nd division? It is clear we need to replace Bowes and hope Zach doesn't miss anymore meetings. Don't think he's at Berwick next Saturday

As for the rest of this season I'm more worried about who we can get at reserve now that averages have changed for August, and Jenkins is injured!! Ablitt Lambert Hagon Ingram I vote for Lambert just to annoy Steve lol. Though he not a fan of the Poole track so might not agree to guest anyway 🤷♀️

One pass the whole meeting when Rushen battled past Gremek. A good crowd was treated to a race to the first bend. And people criticise Poole? Harrison for Cook was always a major fail. Wood was dead wood. If you didn’t gate you were stuffed. What we can take out of it is that even a weakened Poole team can run a team close away from home and will win over two legs. But being fair, well done Plymouth. Did their job. I have no gripe towards them. Someone on the Plymouth Facebook said Poole fans were treated to some proper speedway, loads of overtaking

The promotion ARE NOT stupid, no point blasting teams every meeting to have the seven broken apart next year. If that's keeping averages down then Poole are shockingly bad at it. Lawson, Cairns, Newman and Kerr basically rode to their average, 4 from four will cause only a small drop in Rushen's average, and Harrison/Ward are irrelevant. If a team is dropping averages they will be going for narrow wins and the occasional big defeat, not narrow defeats.
