So Poole's team average for October is 44.98. That's one helluva lot to shave off for 2027 assuming the rumoured 38 point limit happens. That's even taking account of any 2.5% Brit discount!!

If they could get Bailey on a 5 that would be a hell of a way to replace Zach's 8.54 if he is leaving Champ next season. It saves 3.54 in one go.

If Zach Cook plans on remaining in the Championship, he’ll be the first name on the team sheet at the expense of Lawson IMO.

I’d expect Kerr and Newman to move on too, but assume the Fords and Middleditch will do everything they can to retain Cairns and Rushen, plus maybe Lightcap.

May I recommend Sam Hagon, Mario Hasul and Matic Ivacic?

I'd expect Zach to do Poland + prem= no champ.

Same with Cairns if he gets a full time Polish place and not just u24s.

Tbf Ivacic was alright at Poole. Hasul not been to Poole yet but if he is good at gating then he will be fine. 

Think Glasgow need to find riders more suited to their track! 🙃😉

Knowing Poole’s track record (pardon the pun), I wouldn’t be surprised if you signed Hagon and he miraculously ended 2027 with league winners medal.

Didn’t that happen with Starke last season? Looked like he was doing cycle speedway for us in 2024, then goes on to win a league title with Poole in 2025.

Fraser Bowes must be in the minority of failed Pirates.

On a serious note, I wasn’t aware of that. Even more so then, riders improve at Poole, more often than not.

After his second big crash (when leading!) he returned to the hospital for more tests as he was in extreme pain when trying to turn the bike. Following a second MRI scan, a previously undiagnosed spinal disc rupture injury was discovered. The medics (who missed it the first time) advised upto 6 months rest, so he informed the promotion (he was living at Matt Ford's) that he had to step down and return to Oz for proper recuperation and treatment.
