Mr Bump 254 Posted August 25, 2018 4 hours ago, Bunce said: That's confusing, the BT Sport programme planner on their web site, says its Leicester v Kings Lynn, and above that info it shows the team logos of Wolves and Belle Vue! Doh.... Mr.Pearson has just mentioned on live tv that BT sport viewers can indeed see Leicester v Kings Lynn on Monday night. Suppose we’ll have to take his word for it
Skidder1 7,636 Posted August 26, 2018 The BT Sports programme planner on Virgin is still showing Leicester v Kings Lynn.

Hope he makes it in time, because he was great last time he guested, certainly strengthens Lions, far better than Auty at Leicester.
Steve Shovlar 10,439 Posted August 26, 2018 It takes approx 3.5 hours from Poole to Leicester. However, the area is packed out with weekenders who will all be heading home on Monday afternoon/evening. If the meeting runs smoothly, it should be completed by 2.30. But with the amount of rain we have had today the start “might” be delayed. If it runs on time he will be on the road by 2.45/3pm. If it’s clear he will be at Leicester by 6-6.30. If the roads are bumper to bumper through the New Forest and M27, then joining the M3 to the A34, he will be in trouble getting to Leicester on time.
Bunce 347 Posted August 26, 2018 Natalie Quirk confirmed BT are covering the Leicester v Kings Lynn match tomorrow, when she was interviewed at the Moto GP meeting at Silverstone this afternoon. She was having a chat with Suzi Perry and gave us a lovely plug for Speedway. Sadly the Moto GP was cancelled due to the rain, I'm sure we all know the feeling!
hammer1969 421 Posted August 27, 2018 How is the weather in Leicester looking for this evening and is the track OK after yesterdays downpours as we're thinking of making a trip up from London

It's very overcast now & we have had a little drizzle this morning but not enough to wet the pavements.Suppose to brighten as the day goes on. Quite breezy, so I would imagine the track will dry out nicely & provide a decent surface.
Barrow Boy 2 172 Posted August 27, 2018 On current form this should be an away win but I thought that against Belle Vue. KL have 6 riders who usually ride the track ok whereas LC only have

The Lion's last home meeting against BV raised a few eyebrows. And have guest NBJ riding for them again..He managed 15 from 6 in the win over BV .. Looks like the Lions may well have the reserve fight won tonight. Edited August 27, 2018 by Bald Bloke
