His riding style is too loose and the bike often seems to be controlling him rather than the other way round. He really should have done better against Eastbourne on Friday. JS may also be a victim of Glasgow's weaker middle order thus far. Sedg and Wells will be given time whereas this change to strengthen the team could be made straightaway without any other team changes. Connor Bailey needs to get up to speed quickly.
