  1. Past hour
  2. Kinda crazy to have Glasgow riders guesting when Glasgow are there 2 days later! Unless they think track will be completely different.
  3. I think most people have always understood it to be as per the FIM regs, and I suspect refs over here use that as their interpretation. I suspect the ref on Monday wasn't interested because it wasn't conclusive Perhaps the UK rule is written differently to accommodate situations such as Belle Vue having a raised kerb, so you can’t fully cross the white line without crossing the inner edge of the track.
  4. Believe he is going to the second leg of the play off final having just been appointed Head Coach of Glasgow Rangers. 😂😂
  5. Have only missed 1 fixture this season at Workington and that was the pairs as it was my m8s wedding who goes to the speedway with me occasionally and I live 70 miles away.
  6. Yes, top 8 into the next years GP, but have qualifier's with no current GP riders and have 3 new faces(at least) to join, then a GP challenge for the next places(Less 1 if they keep the SEC place) GP challenge line up Bottom 7 from GP SGP2 Top 3 6 next from the qualifiers
  7. Although that only leaves 7 places for new challengers as currently some of the current GP riders opt out of the qualifiers and risk not getting back in, which gives more spots in the challenge meeting for new triers. Your system gives existing GP riders a backstop which I'm not so keen on.
  8. I will be there travelling across the A69 and hopefully my m8 from the teddy bears will be coming along as well with me.
  9. Jakub Miśkowiak returning to Częstochowa apparently - I assume in the U24 position.
  10. Compared to the FIM regs: "If a rider crosses the white inside line fully with both wheels or leaves the circuit, they are adjudged to have retired from the race – unless they left the track to take essential avoiding action (e.g. to avoid a fallen rider)." I think the interpretation of the 'crosses the inner edge of the track' will be the same as 'crosses the white line fully with both wheels' In any case, the ref wasn't interested!
  11. Will Harry be going to any of the finals that Poole are in, With him being local and now part of this new speedway company thing, Thanks
  12. Agree - its also been nice to see Jordan in the pits talking with Jason / team mates too - both have very similar averages and both are a wee bit better away from home which is a bonus in a way as often R/s are never as good away from home as at home!
  13. I think a fit Jordan would be doing a similar job Jason has been superb though
  14. Today
  15. You dont like to joke about a persons injury but edwards in place of jenkins has been a huge bonus for ipswitch the last couple months.
  16. Freddy's average for his last two visits to Wimborne Rd is ONE. So I guess he could do with some practice. O
  17. Who's going to win the tug of war for Jack Holder? Whoever doesn't get him is going to have a battle to stay up.
  18. At Foxhall I would disgaree - Adam is usually pretty good at Foxhall. I like Rew however good decision to get him in
  19. While Lions have a no.7 like they have its a 6 man team anyway , so bringing Rew in for Ellis is rubbing salt in the wounds after Mondays result. Well done Witches ( from a Lions fan)
