  2. Looking at the numbers Mitch fits with ease. As it stands; 1 more home & 2 away, it looks like Rushen will move to No2. 2H 2A & Scott (when fit) would also move to No6. Castagna/McDiarmid would be at No7. McDiarmid is definitely the best option out there for the 1/7 greensheets but is that to late for change?? If King's Lynn want to make changes, they'll need to be where Rushen & Scott remain reserves & currently, to do that is replacing Cook, Castagna & Scott & declaring Rushen as RS, the risk there is the replacements could be even worse. I can't see that happening, plus, the team starts to look in a lot of trouble if the reserves start making the main body of the team already, it's way to soon for them. It highlights there's something seriously wrong. King's Lynn look like they're in a rock n' a hard place right now. Either, accept our youngsters in the main body or a team rebuild, can't see the latter. On paper, this team should be strong but something just isn't happening. Gating? Speed? Team bonding?
  3. What a load of tosh every team had the chance to sign whoever they want it’s the riders perogitive where they go,can’t help that both riders what to go to most professional run club which pretty much guaranteed silverware most years.
  4. The jeopardy for Poole would have been joining the Premiership...........
  5. RC did address the Friday point and has said that "yes, the cameras are there on a Friday but that is our Rigging day. To broadcast live on a Friday, Rigging would have to be the day before and that would be another 60,000 - 80,000 Euro". They simply don't have the money.
  6. That is all fair enough, but if Poole decide to race at a level lower than they really should be (and yes we know why they do) meaning they are a huge attraction for the best young riders and will more often than not are the best team in the league then you can't really complain about visiting teams being disappointing/a let down. You are inevitably going to clatter some sides, especially if they are injury hit. Its part of the deal. Winning is great and will keep people coming back to a point but eventually the lack of jeopardy will wear thin.
  7. Workington are back in action on Saturday at 6pm and are up against the Scunthorpe Scorpions. At the time of writing its not known whether Jonas Jeppesen will be fit to ride having crashed whilst riding in Denmark. Some better news is that Vinnie Foord returns to the side and young Dane Niklas Jakobsen recently finished third in the Danish final.
  8. Yeah but we’ve just decided to not run any meetings until our riders are back by the looks of the calendar
  9. Also... don't be going on about how brilliant it all is on social media while ignoring the fans asking why it's not being televised if it's so good 🤷‍♂️
  10. the rest of the team used to drop Points so he would get his six , even though I take the P with third place , he was part of some of my favourite bees teams .and always gave his best , great charisma and a great character to have in the team . wonder what place he was when he lost hos engine Lol

  12. A very fair reps A very fair response Mr Bee, one thing I may add when they describe the costs involved, surely the production team were already there and cameras etc in place for the following nights GP? Would it have cost much more to do the Friday? Surely there’s a lot of savings made by having 2 meetings at the same venue in 2 nights? Also assume after the response that the FIM need to ensure these events are part of the package they sell? Surely they as the governing body would want to have these big events aired to the world
  13. 47/43 home win. Picko to beat Howarth 2nd round TKO
  14. Pretty sure the Redcar change comes to effect Friday so Jenkins still has a team spot as of today
  15. Monarchs call on Bomber Harris for Thompson while Pirates have Zischke for Bowes. Armadale is not everyone's favourite track and Edinburgh have had a fairly solid start. It'll be a close run thing I reckon....
  16. We finally got Tate in the Poole team then! From past interviews Zach and Kyle not overly keen on Edinburgh track. A lot could depend on who is in for Dan. Try to keep it within 8?
  17. I couldn't see that reflected on the official Witches site when I looked earlier🙄 Unlucky for Northampton, think Iversen has been riding quite well.
  18. Don't know if Mitch McDairmid still fits, he would have done before the season started.
  19. Is Jenkins eligible to guest? No longer in a declared team.
  20. I don’t agree with this. We have a points limit and a limit on 8 point riders. That’s already a decent amount of equalisation of teams, and Poole aside, I think most people would greet it’s been very effective at balancing the teams this year. One thing people also have to remember if younger riders are often more dependent on others for travel because they often aren’t old enough to drive legally. In that situation, it’s much harder for a rider based in say the south of England to commit to a club in Scotland. No one’s fault, just practicality. What I would say is the rising star programme really belongs in the Championship rather than the Premiership and it’s a shame we don’t have that. Or maybe there could be a progression and have it in both leagues. I would also be minded towards only allowing British riders at reserve. Mario might not be a fan of that…
  21. Sounds like you need to find a bar and drown your sorry little ass, have you thought of watching netball instead?
