No idea why they haven’t sorted the Championship fixtures, but where BSN are concerned (and I’m only speculating), with no top flight TV deal that we know of, they might be in a position to stream Premiership league meetings on top of the Championship and are waiting on confirmation of league structure. Then they can price up their individual, and joint packages and get them out.

It does sound a bit like a conspiracy theory like but in the absence of any news at all, there's little else to do other than to speculate. Surely there's nothing to stop CL fixtures and BSN passes being issued... but nothing

Perhaps that is why Belle Vue have not announced the number one yet. All the thinking leads to a conspiracy, perhaps this season is cancelled but no one is admitting it and all the news releases thus far are fairy tales. Too many why’s and not enough sensible answers. Bring in the detectives, anyone will do but I suspect Colombo could get to the bottom of all the conundrums. Either him or Kojak..

Just a case of who imo. Woffinden or Lambert would be the most likely names. Fully expect Brady to be back at Belle Vue but it's taken an awfully long time for them to announce him but that's the longest of long shots imo.

Even at today’s standards and equipment/prices you could could go buy 2 decent bikes, all the riding gear and the equipment to set up your workshop to service your own engines all for under £5000,no fancy covers or shiny new wheels and it would be good enough to ride in the national league which would pay you £20 per point, where else are you going to get any other motorcycle sport to achieve that level with such an investment and pay back? The trouble is we have grown a breed of entitlement within riders for what is an amatuer level and it’s backed up by promoters and parents, just because you want to be a speedway rider doesn’t mean someone else should be paying for your privilege

I don't know if I'm reading too much into literally nothing happening and adding 2 and 2 together and coming up with 5, with Speedway nothing surprises me, but... If it is 2 leagues, why are there no fixtures for the CL? Why have BSN not started selling CL season passes? IF it is 2 leagues surely there's nothing in the way for those things not to happen, why the delay? 🤷‍♂️ Or is one big (small) league still a possibility?

I know everyone is frustrated by the lack of news but, and I am not a user of Facebook, twitter or any other of the social media sites so I may well be wrong but it seems unusual that riders are not making any comments about the current state of affairs. Perhaps they have been sworn to secrecy or else and possibly those in charge are checking all European schedules to see when they can put together a fixture list that does not clash. Surely riders need to know where they are and start booking flights etc and getting sponsors on board and although no one knows when the season will start and it could be as late as April/May the silence from all sides is deafening. You have riders who did ride for Ipswich last season seemingly not signed up in the UK. it all seems a bit contrived but no doubt all will become clear by June/July you would hope.
