  3. Needs to be moderated properly to stop the same few people having multi aliases and posting up garbage on nearly every thread, gets a bit boring after a while😬
  4. Shocking choice of guest in cluff, hope he proves me wrong but I can't see it
  5. Hopefully the Comets can put up a decent fight, the score who kows?
  6. Coverage tonight of Indianerna v Dackarna - the visitors will operate R/R for Artem Laguta.
  7. Lets be honest any guest is going to score than bowes would, poole done a master stroke getting shot on last years average.
  8. Today
  9. They will certainly have plenty of meetings left to do that... Good planning on their part... If you want a run of fixtures close together, it is best to do it as the season ends, as the fan attendance momentum you build then lasts into the play offs... Ending your racing around the end of July/early August, even if you qualify for the play offs, will lose momentum with the fans... "See you in a month for the play offs" isn't a marketing person's dream..
  10. A rider like Batch should be hitting double figures every week from reserve, deep down he is good enough to do it but as we all know its whether he can do it mentally.
  11. I'm gonna be a bit of a "statto" here & point out they got 24 points from the heat leaders. Perhaps putting a second string at number 5 is why they don't get maby points from there? The inconsistency must be frustrating, I was thinking Jeppesen for Batchelor would be an improvement, then Batch scores double figures.
  12. My guess is the club will re-look at things In August, when maybe some teams in Europe aren’t making playoffs etc and riders may be looking at more fixtures and money in August, September and October.
  13. I think TMs are sometimes, understandably, a bit reluctant to throw someone in who hasn't been on track since heat 10. FWIW I would have gone for Thomson, but we never know what goes on behind the scenes and what the reasoning is for selections.
  14. I was surprised Thomson didn't go out in heat 15. Maybe he didn't fancy it but a good team manager would ensure his riders always fancy it.
  15. How he's an Oxford rider, unless they tapped him up illegally.
  16. I too have enjoyed my visits to Brafield. The racing last night was excellent. Obviously a shame about the necessary track work but handled well by the track staff with informative announcements and the fan’s patience. Only 11 points between the three heat leaders is a big issue for the Foxes but I don’t suppose there is an easy fix at this time of the season. It’s a shame because the second strings and reserves are working very hard but without a big hitter it’s not enough to get those wins.
  17. I expect the forum yo stay as it is with some changes to moderation.
