  1. Past hour
  2. Don’t be so daft. What will be will be it won’t alter a thing. There’s no need to take things personal chin up all will be fine
  3. You need Craig Saul he’s brilliant. Ex Rye House Presenter
  4. Exactly one experienced reserve needs to be had. Can’t believe the mentality who chose to build it that way
  5. Good news, though. If the statement had been shared here along with your call to ‘get your tickets’, it might have helped some of the recent posters feel a bit more at ease with the situation.
  6. as expected Poole go through but it was still a fantastic meeting to watch Nice to see 3 young Brits looking good on a bike,Ingram,Cains and Rushen look to have bright futures in the sport
  7. Signed a 'Warsaw' contract with Krakow. Has not as yet ridden for them. So watch this space ...
  8. Gen question to redcar fans, welcome back wright or stick with klint???
  9. Today
  10. That's not quite true, is it? Before the close of play yesterday (by the time you posted the above), an item had been added to the Oxford Speedway website, previewing the Plymouth meeting and updating the situation. Obviously, what Oxford were not going to do was promise a meeting next Wednesday until they were in a position where they could, especially after this Wednesday's postponement. The Oxford fans are happy, if you're not, that's up to you. Personally, I'm overjoyed. At points over the last week or so, I wondered if this was the end. You can't please all the people all the time and this is a classic case. You'd think everyone would be happy that a speedway track is continuing, but...
  11. A number of meetings have taken place this week, and the continuation of the speedway is now assured
  12. I see the Zeilona gora fans lit pyro and generally created a great atmosphere last night at Wrocław but as usual the short sighted authority’s will ban them from future matches, who suffers from the ban ? Every team should be encouraged to take pyro, drums, whatever and make an absolute racket
  13. And in the same breath I’d be disappointed if our top 4 don’t score 42-45 combined, they’re more than capable, especially at home against anyone.
  14. I’ll be disappointed if we don’t get more than a combined 9 from the two reserves. Have to see how Lawson is too. Apparently had a big off at Scunny last night, limped back to pits then ran a last in his last ride. He’s started the season with a couple of big crashes already and he’s now at an age where these things take a little longer to get over! He’ll be important for us here. Probably matters little in terms of actually winning the Cup. The winners will almost certainly come from the other group IMO.
  15. Think they’ll start off with a 5-1 this time though if they go with Cook at two again. We should be getting a heat advantage of some sort in heat two though.
  16. Will be interesting to see if Rob goes with B Cook at no. 2 again. It was obviously used to get 5-1’s with Max (2/3 success rate) and for him to comfortably win heat 8 (scored 0) but realistically should go with Castagna at 2 at home. The same as Thursday this meeting depends a lot on Musielak. He could score 15 but at the same time could score 5. As a Lynn fan I’m hoping for and predicting the latter. Going for a Lynn win and optimistic that they can sneak the aggregate point. 51-39. King’s Lynn Stars 1. Max Fricke - 14(5) 2. Paco Castagna - 5(4) 3. Chris Harris - 8 (4) 4. Ben Cook - 9 (4) 5. Jan Kvech - 10 (5) 6. Cooper Rushen - 3 (4) 7. Jody Scott - 2 (4) Total - 51 Ipswich Witches 1. Tom Brennan - 7 (5) 2. Scott Nicholls - 3 (4) 3. Tobiasz Musielak - 5 (4) 4. Danny King - 6 (4) 5. Richard Lawson - 9 (5) 6. Philip Hellstrom-Bangs - 4 (4) 7. Jason Edwards - 5 (4) Total - 39
  17. Stand corrected! Had more experience than the two here though. Point still stands, they should have picked one of them and gone for a more experienced number 6. Those two along with Castagna gives them far too long a tail.
  18. I think I got 50-40 right first time around, this time I can't see Fricke dropping points Going 48-42 to Witches, Lynn top 4 will score 36 between them and the tail might muster 6 Ipswich have a lot of firepower lower end, for me always difficult if you start off as the home team with a 3-3 followed by a 1-5 which i think we'll see alot of for Lynn
  19. Sheffield won the KO Cup and topped the league table in 2024 with Edwards and Gilkes.
  20. Came from Sheffield to watch Josh who was great as ever, but was entertained by a fantastic fightback by Scunthorpe. The tie was probably lost before a wheel was turned but we saw a real gutsy performance by the the the home side. Must say young ingram looks like one to watch. He got faster and faster as the meeting went on and was worth his first win at this level. This won;t be the last time I go to Scunthorpe this season.
  21. not sure if he is riding in 3rd division in Poland, cant remember which team.
  22. Worky did very well going down 48-42 but could have won if it wasn't for bad luck when on 2 potential 5-1s 😀 plenty of positives to take, more so that it was the 1st time the team had rode together and without a p+p session. UTC 🔵⚪️🏁😀
  23. I had just got back from Redcar where I was supporting my team 😀 maybe some Poole fans could travel and support them away from home 🤔 probably about 50 - 60 comets fans in attendance 😀 UTC 😀🔵⚪️🏁
