BHM 25/08 (midday) Aces v Tigers
Manifesto replied to Col's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Think a narrow aces win.. Sheffield on paper look a lot stronger at reserve and you’d expect Pickering and the Holders to mix it with the BV heat leaders. Zach Cook could be the key rider if he rides well l think it will carry them over the line 47-43 -
Sounds like if you are right, you look forward to saying "I told you so" but surely you'd love to be proved wrong? The more clubs racing the merrier!

Wouldn't matter to them as they'll lose to all three on aggregate anyway.

We will see, they were all but finished this season until they got bailed out,it's not rocket science.

Will Monarchs get the 1 point the need to guarantee a place in the play-offs? They'll have to be at their very best to do it against a very strong Glasgow side. Jacob Hook guests for Villads Nagel and I must say it's very pleasing to see Jacob showing some real signs of progress this season. Friday 22nd August: Edinburgh Monarchs v Glasgow Tigers (Championship), Armadale, 7:30pm STELLAR MONARCHS: Victor Palovaara, Paco Castagna (Capt.), Justin Sedgmen, Michael Palm Toft, Kye Thomson, Jonatan Grahn, Jordy Loftus. ALLIED VEHICLES TIGERS: Chris Harris (Capt.), Jacob Hook (Guest), Dan Thompson, Leon Flint, Kyle Howarth, Freddy Hodder, Max Perry.

Ipswich vs King’s Lynn Thursday 21st August
ShanoXtra replied to ShanoXtra's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
No I’m showing you the same details as per what clubs have given to the official website of SRBF. Calm your horses, the money raised is probably inline with attendances of the clubs realistically. I don’t care who gave what as I’m not a rider benefiting from it. -
I'm not sure whether that was a good thing or not tbh... Is any Speedway, however farcical at times, better than no Speedway? Having witnessed the goings on over (at least) the last 2 years I'm not sure it is.

Without him it would likely have closed earlier. I don't remember there being a queue of willing buyers

Sheffield v Leicester 21/8/25

I would've moved Pickering to 5 a long while back, certainly scores more at Owlerton than Chris Holder. -
Hasn't he put them through hell? 🤔

If Adam’s not fit Kildemand or Magic look the best guest options for the playoffs. Hope Adam is ok much prefer to use our own 1-7

youre surely not willy waving about totals raised for srbf well done to supporters at all tracks for every penny donated -
I was rather thinking he was being generous with his money and was doing it for the fans.

60th anniversary? You don't look old enough Norbold 🤣 But it's fair to say we don't have characters like that in the sport anymore. Interestingly, the BSPL do list him under G for Gallows in their "ultimate rider index"... Tyburn GALLOWS (Real name: Raymond Sidney Humphrey) Born: 7 September 1934, Willesden, London, England. Died: 1994. Career record: (1965) Oxford; (1967) West Ham; (1968) West Ham, Canterbury; (1970) King's Lynn II.

These are the Green Sheets for September, which means that Thompson is in the 1-5, and Ellis is at reserve ....
