Would prefer it if all riders were available but clubs know this when they are signed and are willing to accept it. Poole should have a full team.

Anyone remember Bernie Lagrosse aka Roy Williams

Yip,he rode for Berwick.Decent rider. -
Unfortunately the “missing rider syndrome” spoils the fixture again. No credibility in winning anything.Just enjoy the racing.

King’s Lynn Stars vs Oxford Spires - 18.08.25

No. They've changed it again thank god, although they park you at the back facing the rear exit, you can simply turn round in the car park and exit the way you came in. -

Ipswich vs King’s Lynn Thursday 21st August
Aries replied to ShanoXtra's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Dan’s been struggling at Foxhall in recent weeks and said last night when interviewed the track conditions haven’t suited him and he’s been struggling with them. Luckily for him his opposite number this week is Ben Cook! Lynn to again make a decent fist of it, they have some good Foxhall riders (other than Cook). -

Belle Vue v Birmingham Mon 18th August PL2
Trotter65 replied to Brummies_Ste's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Belle Vue announcer had a few negative comments when Zagar re signed for the club…no idea what his beef is …whatever he says during a meeting I wouldn’t hear anyway because the PA system is crap. -
Plymouth v Redcar - 16th August
IainB replied to jbell1995's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I think it should apply in all leagues... not sure why you come looking for an argument all the time 🤷♂️ Do you not care that a team containing only 2 of it's actual riders can race for league points... or that their No 1 can elect not to participate because his other Polish team is racing the next day?!? Do you not want to see Speedway taken seriously by the media and sporting public? Do you think it's right that a team can be docked 2 league points without any reference to a specific SCB Regulation? I'm not getting into last year's play offs again, you can read my comments about those on the relevant topic threads, if you're that interested. -
He is delightful to watch but unfortunately is so busy has missed a few meetings, like this Friday due to an U19 event not sure he will make Saturday either. He definitely doesn't make the Poole match next Wednesday as racing in Denmark, only good thing is that his average goes to 6.8 on Saturday, so we need to get some good guests

If Redcar were in a similar position and needed League points would they have been keen to run it. -

Oxford riders have told promotion they want the money owed before the TV meeting next Monday this is why no riders want to guest in Premiership or Championship as don’t know when they will get their money -

Am I right in thinking that years ago there used to be turnstiles on the back straight leading in to the big rear car park? Would seem a simple solution to me, as at the moment you have to walk all the way round the stadium from that car park just to stand in a long queue at the box office. -

Bunce replied to StarBoy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Do you still have to exit the big car park from the rear through the Industrial Estate, or is it as before straight on to Saddlebow Rd? I went to a meeting at the start of the season and sat in my car for at least 15 minutes without moving, then another 10 minutes crawling in single file through the Industrial Estate which put me off going as I have a long way to travel home. -

Not sure how you are going to get evidence. No club will admit to not paying riders, so unless you get a rider to agree for you to see their bank statements, I can't see how you'll get any evidence. -

You had no integrity of a sporting league in the Prem last season when play off criteria were changed for 'commercial reasons' so not sure why you think it should apply in any lower league? -
Absolutely, without Nagels I would fancy our chances but he is a game changer, Glasgow did a fantastic job to get him.
-
That is a pretty poor Glasgow team compared to now, Harris has had better meetings too!
