It shouldn't be up to Plymouth to determine whether he's breaking the rules, that's the SCB's job surely, their inconsistency in the application of the rules is staggering at times. Because Garry May said they hadn't, something to do with the facility they'd get.

Yeah, but he rode in the re-run and then took two more rides with no detriment to his scoring. He probably doesn't ride in Sweden so will be grateful for not having to travel there for Tuesday evening either....
