I do wish they'd consider a season ticket that doesn't quite cover all the matches....I'd more than happily buy one this season if it was for 10 of 12 regular cup and league meetings perhaps for the price of 9 - I can rarely get to all the meetings in a season but if it allowed me to miss a couple I'd buy one!
-
Well, that's made my mind up... An effing bargain.... Where's me rattle and tartan blanket, and matching flask...

Rosco speaks at last… https://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/news/25914540.ex-england-speedway-manager-reveals-stadium-bought/?ref=cprfa

You don't get a seat for £25, that's south stand, pauper seats are £27!
-
Just had an email to renew my season ticket at United for £35 a match... Hmmmm.. £35 to watch around 65 mins of Premier League football, which is authentic, has jeapordy, has consequence, prizes worth winning, and no Mickey Mouse operating model, or £30, (or "just" £25 in the pauper seats), to watch 15 mins of Premiership Speedway without any of the attributes a team sport requires... Decisions, Decisions...

Championship Predictions 2026
LisaColette replied to Paddy The Rebel's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Top 3 of Poole, Glasgow and Oxford. 4th = Plymouth or Redcar. I like Plymouth's top 5, not sure about the reserves. With Redcar not sure about Jake Allen as a no5. Worky have the most question marks over it, literally everyone apart from JJ. They could finish anywhere from 4th to 9th. Who knows. Doubt it will be boring though! -
Northampton Nimrods.

A bit of relief for the Nobby's 😲

You get a cushioned seat... #jealousb*stards....

I remember that. Wasnt Josh Grajczonek in the Poole team? He was based in Manchester with Howarth I think and think he had a sneaky look to see what was going on and reported back to Poole. (Although this is based on my really bad memory and what was said online at the time!)

£30 is a premium ticket though, not sure what makes it premium... maybe you get a serving of Betty's Hotpot with each ticket 🤷♂️😁

no its because we have 2 of the worlds best riders/ racers.
-
And I thought things were cheaper up north. Guess this is the exception!
-
Maybe Lemo will bring some Tim Tams with him, just to mix it up a bit 😁
-
Already taken by their American Football team... Go Nitros! 😁
-
Not allowed apparently.

Knights for me

Well, all cobblers have lasts, so it might just be appropriate 😀

Northampton nodjers
-
That would be a balls up
-
Well I'm a Kings Lynn supporter and I've just donated. I hope they manage to get the damage sorted and maybe up their security as well?

The White Knight started following Northampton 2026

It's GOT to be 'Cobblers' for me. 👍🙂

One of the nicest fellas you could ever wish to meet. Have met him a few times out and about Town and he’s always got time to stop and chat about the Speedway, football, or anything else! BUT, I do agree with you when it comes to presenting unfortunately. The sign of a good presenter is the skill to make the most boring meetings sound exciting. Foz doesn’t do that and always sounds like he’s just woken up.

Because they know that the attendance potential to afford, (and justify), any large increase in costs, simply isn't out there to make it viable... Riders are happy, (hence they don't stop and do something else), and Promoters are happy to share costs to pay these riders, and run their sport at the level each of them want to...
