  2. 28.07.2026: Ekstraliga U24, Wrocław: https://youtu.be/czXJGj3kZvA?is=rgRNcyR2FUbRmapI
  3. Hopefully it is nothing too bad sadly he like few others are reaching the stage where injury and age is catching up with them .
  4. Yesterday
  5. I reckon about 35 with more morphine being injected into the business model!
  6. Normally is unfortunately especially if it rains or the tide is high.
  7. Looking at the 'Users Online', I'm wondering if they're Bots. Some of the threads being read are going back a decade. Who reads threads going that far back?? 2+2 does suggest the numbers ain't genuine.
  8. And before he had a bit of a haircut he looked very much like a danish viking
  9. But lightcap scored 11 in the GP 2 qualification meeting, see how he does in Lodz on Friday
  10. Isn't it Lawsen now? Will be giving the stream of this farce a miss.
  11. Hope he's banned for them meetings as well 😜 surly he is with holding his services in the UK by riding in Denmark, and the rules are a 7 day ban for this type of thing. But rules seem different for Poole
  12. I gather Lawson had eggs and Danish bacon for breakfast, followed by a Danish pastry washed down with his coffee.🤣
  13. If Lightcaps 2 points from 4 rides for Zielona Gora today is anything to go by I would rather not. BTW Cairns scored 10 in the same meeting.
  14. Why is Saturday relevant? Lawson has 2 more meetings before then - Ippo and Poole at Oxford.
  15. I’ve never mentioned Lawson and I thought I’d made it quite clear I’d hold the same opinion regardless of team. Narcissism seems to be creeping in to this match thread. Not everyone is out to get Poole.
  16. Poole should be telling Denmark to do one when there is a Wednesday night clash over their British rider! I can understand why Kildermand is missing as he is Danish!!!!!!!!!!! Joke sport.
  17. The long and short of it is do the Poole fans Lawson will be banned for Saturday
  18. Dear Misunderstood, not sure why you're so upset? As a Berwick fan you ran Poole very close when Lawson was missing with illness (he also missed Ipswich and got a 7 day ban) and Berwick ran with a guest before knocking Poole out of the Cup. Have faith........😇
  19. There is a long list of riders who people thought might break through but ultimately never did, in recent times you have had riders like Zack W who still does grass and long track, Ashton B who has also gone to other two wheeled disciplines. Its easy to look back through rose tinted glasses, but I miss the days when you had a junior meeting after the main 4 vs 4 over 6 heats.
  20. Oh Rob T - what a guy. Stevens was a bit like dear old Bodger - had the ability but was often inconsistent. I think the Arena track was a bit of a shock to them also after starting in the old British League. I also think his confidence went - we opened the league with a massive win V Exeter that year and he scored ok but never really reproduced that. https://www.speedwayresearcher.org.uk/arenaessex1990.pdf It didn't help that in 1990 we were not that great and then we got taken over for 1991!!
  21. Being paired with Tilbury was never easy for any rider, I seem to recall he was steady enough but just not that fast.
  22. Never any issues with Richard when he was with us at Lakeside and I think it helped that he seemed to have a very good working relationship with Cookie, extremely well liked by the fans and won the last ever race at the arena.
  23. I thought it was a thread about a meeting between Poole and Berwick. And my opinion on that topic was one team shouldn’t be allowed a guest in this and other meetings. Clearly I’ve misunderstood.
  24. Went to Arena in 1990 and never really showed his promise! Think he drifted away after that season.
  25. Well of course a few Poole supporters would reply, its a Poole thread about a Poole rider!
