Well that was certainly a cracking meeting with some great races throughout, Pickering showing his true class with Ablitt and Harrison chipping in as well! Just a shame Palm Toft was way off it again losing us the meeting. However unfortunately I don’t see any obvious replacements for Palm Toft!

Meeting of the season by far. Had everything.

Exciting racing and hats off to both teams. Great meeting and really close racing. I've said on various other threads recently but give me the Championship anytime. Very refreshing, more teams etc and far superior (in my view) to the Premiership - pretty sterile, teams meeting each other every other week etc. Defo needs a re-vamp.

Look at Hancock he went missing for years and then added another 3 titles towards the end of his career... there maybe life in Doyley yet if he can steer clear of injuries, he probably needs go a bit easier in the leagues and save it for the GP's much like Hancock did, not really his style though.

2024 Bewley got 11 and 9 and produced passes on Doyle and one majestic race passing Emil and Ellis …. I would pay good money to watch Bewley on any track

Couple of factors imo. Tom Brennan's form has led to Danny scoring more than expected on a regular basis. Also Danny's riding in the easiest race position in the 1-5 imo in a very weak PREM.

Will be unemployable for Ipswich if Mayfield are serious about winning silverware. (On the basis his average ends up around 7.50-8.00) Been fantastic this season but can Mayfield really take a chance in sacrificing a proper No.5 in order to fit Danny in based on his Foxhall form? Heats 13 and 15 on the road will be a major issue if Ipswich don't sign an out-an-out No.5 to go with a No.1 imo.

That's precisely what the petition addresses. It proposes that riders are offered the opportunity of a contract guaranteeing 40+ meetings per season in a 15-team nationwide league. If they don't want that, they have the freedom to clear off and ply their trade elsewhere. But we can no longer continue to have our fixture arrangements dictated by Poland to meet the demands of riders who want to have their cake and eat it: earning their bread and butter in the UK leagues and chasing the Polish Zloty to put the jam on top.
