  1. Past hour
  2. They got you to the play offs and was a few down on points last night to point the finger.
  3. Not sure who BSPN are, if you mean BSN unless I’m mistaken they are independent of BSPA being owned by Exstream Media Ltd.
  4. Then clearly you know nothing about business
  5. I was assuming it would be called off, but the forecast I saw shows no rain in Oxford today, so fingers crossed. Some of the Pirates (Tobias, Starke, & Will) looked a bit rusty last night I thought, probably down to not having ridden for a bit, so should be a bit sharper tonight.
  6. As Speedway Futures has been formed to establish additional income for UK speedway they need to achieve that objective before receiving a return for their efforts.
  7. Got a ticket for Grudziądz v Wrocław yesterday 72 zloty (there were not many left so had to get the most expensive available), which is £15.
  8. And at least one that doesn't exist anymore... https://www.mayfield-ms.com/clients
  9. A huge future indeed, but for perspective the last two 16 year old who made such a stellar impact were Drew Kemp and Jordan Palin. PS. On what I've seen this year he could soon be overtaken by Cooper Rushen and that may take some of the pressure (which has been immense) off him which can only be good for his development.
  10. Saturday’s play-down final 2nd leg Gorzow v Rybnik ( 51-39) start time 6pm UK time line-ups Gorzow 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 Rybnik 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
  11. Saturday’s play-down final 2nd leg Lodz v Tarnow ( 47-43) start time 3.30pm UK time line-ups Lodz 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 Tarnow 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
  12. Saturday’s NON TV final 1st leg line-ups Pila v Gdansk Pila 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 Gdansk 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
  13. Today
  14. Perhaps it is to help Sheffield For them to agree for it to be a reserved date for the semi surely they would have to have the stadium owners on board and that would likely be at a cost If the date isn't required to complete the semi final then that would be a wasted expense unless the league fixture fills the space Therefore this seems like sensible planning to me
  15. I would think if there are spaces Zagar would be included as an option
  16. Well done to Redcar for keeping it so close. Packed in for those second and third places to keep the score close. Hard racing at times which is what we want to see in play off speedway. Scott has come of leaps and bounds since last year, fantastic future if he can keep that going. As I said in May and June, come the business end of the season the same riders will let us down when it mattered and they haven’t failed to deliver, all I’m going to say is apart from Lawson, Rowe and Cairs the rest can turn the light off and shut the door on the way out for 2026, far too inconsistent all year. We can go to Redcar and win, but it’s going to be a massive ask.
  17. Redknapp won't be doing this for free that's for sure. The guy is more slippery than a jellied eel. I've read some shizzle in my time and this has to be up there. If he was such a big speedway fan he would have mentioned it a long time ago. The majority of the 1.4 million followers he has on social media are probably more interested in Sandra's jam rolly polly than speedway. I'll give him credit though, he does have a very good publicity team around him and an even better accountant. Secondly BSPN becomes Speedway Futures Ltd. Nothing at all to do with tax is it! Perhaps they should invite Angela Reyner onto the board. She's got plenty of time on her hands now.
  18. Yesterday
  19. Absolutely huge future and definitely not to blame, Starke was unlucky with exclusion but Redcar have good reserves who rode well, Toby had an off night after a decent start, impressed with Anders until heat 13, Zach was up and down, not sure he deserved heat 15, Kerr was excellent and Lawson was what we expect from him, flawless.
  20. So yesterday they announce that 25th September was a reserved date in case either of the 2nd semi matches get postponed, then today they announce a fixture on the reserved date !!
  21. He apologised to the crowd at the end. It was always going to be a tight meeting as I expect the 2nd leg to be. Pirates only lost by 2 points last time with r/r for Anders and Lawson suffering 2 engine failures. In the meantime good luck to the Bears against the Tigers.
  22. Yes, something I think to do with a motocross case where someone tried to sue the scrutineer after an accident so at Nora events now they don’t check bikes, except the cutout at speedway, to be fair scrutineers only really pick up on trivial things, if you have a serious defect like a cracked frame or missing spokes the rider would know that anyway and wouldn’t ride the bike
  23. Assuming this will end being off tomorrow looking at the forecast. Be good if they could rearrange it for Friday as is a dry day apparently.
  24. Junior motorcross don't seam to bother either.
  25. Cairns is just 16. He has a great future in the sport, no doubt about it. There’s no pressure on him or over expectation.
